~ Matthew Price ~

The next day I woke up with only one thought in my head.

I have to end things with her.

I have to end things with Taylor. I can not let her be the reason that this relationship between me and Liza ends. For once in my life I'm happy and I love this girl.

I knew I should've told liza about this but I didn't wanna freak her out. I know she's not the type to freak out but I still couldn't bring myself to tell her.

I have to talk to her and get her to understand me. I have to understand her too. If she needs time to herself I'll understand her.

I pushed myself off my bed and turned to the desk next to my bed. I disconnected my charger from my phone and opened up my messages. I hope she answers.

Me: can we talk?

I waited for her response, but an hour had passed and she still didn't reply. I sat back onto the couch and reached for the controller, but suddenly my phone pinged.

Liza: will you tell me the truth Matt?

She doesn't trust me anymore.

That was all I could think about as I typed my response.

Me: I promise.

She doesn't respond as quick as I wish she would. After about 30 minutes she replied.

Liza: Can I go to your house?

She's never been over to my house, so her asking me if she could come over was kind of out of the blue. I responded almost immediately.

Me: Yeah

Me: Want me to pick you up?

Liza: No, I'll ask my sister to take me.

Me: Okay.

She didn't say anything else after. I waited in my room for her. I laid down on my bed scrolling through my phone thinking of what I would tell her- if she would even believe me.

An hour had passed before I finally heard a car stop outside the house. I rushed downstairs as quickly as I could, passing the kitchen and running to the front door, but then I heard a voice coming from the kitchen.

"Who's here?"

My brother was standing in the kitchen, leaning against the counter. He never ended up going to the place that he was arguing to my mom about. He had this whole week off from work so he decided to stay here in the house. Luckily, my mom and him haven't fought since the fight 2 days ago, but they also haven't talked at all.

"My girlfriend." I said as I walked up to the door.

"Girlfriend- what? You have a girlfriend?" He yelled from the kitchen.

I rolled my eyes at my Brother. It's almost like he's a stranger to me because he knows absolutely nothing about me. I open the front door to see my beautiful girlfriend standing there.
