~Liza Smith~
I woke up the next morning. The room was still dark, probably because of his curtains that blocked out any light from outside. I tried moving to search for my phone to see the time, but I couldn't move because someone was trapping me in their arms. Matt. I'm in Matt's bed. Memories from last night came rushing to my head. I tried wiggling myself out of Matthew's arms, but his grip tightened.
"What's wrong, pretty?" He groaned.
I looked up to see his face, his eyes were still closed.
"Nothing, what time is it?" I whispered.
He opened his eyes and looked at me, "Does it matter?" He closed his eyes again and pulled me even closer to him, my face against his chest. "Stay here, with me. " He whispered.
I stayed silent for a moment, breathing in his scent. He smelled fresh and clean, although we went to sleep last night after partying. I closed my eyes for a second. His body warmth heating me up. I sighed and opened my eyes again.
"Matt, I need my phone. My parents are probably worried sick."
He groaned again, "You're 18. An adult, Liza."
I rolled my eyes, even though he couldn't see it, "Doesn't matter, I still need to tell them."
He sighed before removing his arms from me and rolling over. His warmth left me and I suddenly felt cold again. I saw him reach for his phone and tilted it up so he could see the screen.
"It's 12:30pm" He announced.
I sighed and took myself out of his bed sheets and stood up. He also stood up and ran his fingers through his hair.
"Do you think the others are awake?" I asked.
He turned back to look at me, "I heard noises downstairs, they're probably watching a movie or something." He replied before looking away from me again.
I nodded and I stood there. I felt awkward, and uncomfortable. I was in a big T-shirt and shorts that weren't even visible because of the T-shirt. I folded my arms across my chest and made my way to the bathroom. I locked the door behind me.
I looked at myself in the mirror. Luckily, the soap I used last night didn't break me out, but my skin was glowing. My skin hasn't looked this good in weeks?? I was definitely asking Matt later what kind of soap that was.
I should probably shower, but I couldn't possibly bring myself to shower in Matthew's bathroom. I'll go home right now anyways. I washed my mouth out with water and washed my face with the same soap again.
I unlocked the door and walked out, Matthew wasn't in the room anymore. His bedroom door was open so I'm assuming he went downstairs to see everyone else. I was about to walk out the room, but I quickly stopped myself. If I walked out of here with just a shirt on- Matthew's shirt, I'm sure my friends are gonna think some... Wild things happened in here.
I groaned and got over myself, walking out of the bedroom and making my way downstairs. I could already hear Ana and Susanna arguing about some girl they saw yesterday at the party. I turned left, towards the living room where all the noise was coming from.
