KLAUS FRIAS
 

                      "TYPE MO talaga, 'no? Paano pag pinormahan ka n'yan? Crush ka n'yan, hindi ba? Paano at ang gentleman mo ata kaya hulog na hulo sayo," I rolled my eyes at Felisse when she started to tease me again.
 
 
 
"Shut up. Hindi ko type ang mga ganitong babae. Look at her... she's too much for me. She looks dominant. Hindi kami mag-c-click ng babaeng 'to."
 
 
 
I glanced at my phone again. This Levana Asia girl followed me on Instagram. I decided to stalk her. Well, so what?! Na-curious lang ako! Ano naman? Bawal na bang ma-curious ngayon?
 
 
 
She has lots of tattoos on her skin. Punong puno rin ang IG feed niya ng mga pictures niyang halo halo. May mga mukha lang... may mga mirror shots, at may mga beach photos. May mga naka one piece at two piece din siya kahit na wala naman sa beach at nasa kwarto lang.
 
 
 
I arched my brow.
 
 
 
Levana Asia started pestering me after we first met. Well... that fast? Maybe she's just bored. I didn't want to meet her in the first place, not until sinabi niya saking alam niyang hindi ako straight!
 
 
 
I decided to fucking meet her kahit na labag sa loob ko. I'm so busy, yet inuubos ko ang oras ko sa babaeng 'to.
 
 
"Gaano mo na katagal alam?" I calmly asked her.
 
 
 
She's sitting in front of me, sipping her iced tea. She's looking at me with her sensual eyes. Her hair is messy, too. Well, not so messy because it suits her well. She's wearing a cropped top sando with black and pink striped button-down long sleeves, which were folded up to her elbow.
 
 
 
Bumaba ang tingin niya sa hita ko. I was crossing my legs and currently drinking my iced coffee, so what?
 
 
 
"Since I first saw you," she shrugged.
 
 
 
I almost rolled my eyes because of her answer. She's cocky... she's really cocky. Mula sa kinauupuan ko, kitang kita ko ang pigil na pigil na ngiti nito.
 
"Since you first saw me, huh? How sure are you that you are right, hmm?" I arched my brow.
 
 
 
She looked at my pinky finger. Fuck! I cleared my throat at umayos ng upo.
 
 
 
"How sure am I? You confirmed it. Tinanong lang kita kung totoo ba 'yon at sobrang defensive mo. Umamin ka pa at sinabing huwag akong maingay. What do you expect?" 
 
 
 
I closed my eyes tightly. Right... she's fucking right. I got so freaking clumsy, what the hell! Ngayon, alam na ng babaeng 'to ang sikreto ko. Great, Klaus! Bobo!
 
 
 
"So, hinuli mo lang ako?" I arched my brow again.
 
 
 
She smirked. "At nagpahuli ka naman."
 
 
 
I sighed heavily. Tang ina. Napupuno na 'ko sa babaeng 'to.
 
 
 
Tumikhim siya. "I'm sorry-"
 
 
 
"Listen, woman, you must keep your mouth shut if you still want to live your life. Do not speak about it. Just forget about me. I don't want anyone to know." Mariin kong sabi sakanya.
 
 
 
Nanulis ang nguso niya. "Halata ngang ayaw mong ipaalam."
 
 
 
I rolled my eyes. "Just shut your mouth. What do you want, hmm? How much para manahimik ka?"
 
 
 
I've been keeping this secret my whole life. Hindi ko hahayaang ang babaeng 'to lang ang magbubuko sa sikreto ko. I don't want anyone to know because I don't want to disappoint my family.
 
 
 
"I don't accept money as a payment," ngisi niya.
 
 
 
Umangat ang kilay ko sa sinabi niya. "What do you want, then? Property?" sarcastic kong tanong.
 
 
 
 
 
"I can earn and afford those in time kaya hindi ko kailangan ang mga materyal na bagay na inaalok mo sakin,"
 
 
 
Fuck. Ano bang gusto ng babaeng 'to?
 
 
 
I sighed heavily again. "Deretsyuhin mo 'ko. What do you freaking want?"
 
 
 
"Ikaw."
 
 
 
 
 
Nagsalubong ang kilay ko. Did I hear her right?
 
 
 
"What?"
 
 
 
She smiled at me. "I'm sorry, ah? Nagulat ba kita? Sabi mo kasi straight to the point, e. Ayan. Ikaw ang gusto ko,"
 
 
 
My jaw tightened. "Ginagago mo ba 'ko? You just said na alam mo kung ano ako and now you want me?" busangot ang mukha ko.
 
 
 
Nag palumbaba ito sa lamesa para mas matitigan ang mga mata ko. Kumunot ang noo ko. Why is she looking at me like that?
 
 
 
"So, what? Ayaw mo ba?"
 
 
 
I gritted my teeth. "Are you nuts? I don't even know you, and you know that I don't like women-"
 
 
 
"Ako rin naman, ah? Hindi rin kita gaanong kilala. But we can get to know each other more. Ano? Game ka ba?" then she freaking smiled again!
 
 
 
She's so irritating! I hate her smile!
 
 
 
"Have you lost your mind? Do you think this is a joke, huh? And I told you, I don't like women-"
 
 
 
"So, anong gusto mo? lalaki?"
 
 
 
What?! Never once in my life have I liked someone! Not even in men! 
 
 
 
"I didn't say anything like that!" 
 
 
 
I'm just wasting my precious time here. Talking with this woman is a big joke. I can make her mouth shut in a different way kung hindi ko siya magagawang pakiusapan ng maayos.
 
 
 
"Just forget everything, miss."
 
 
 
I stood up, ready to leave the place.
 
 
 
"Anong forget everything? Seryoso ako. Ikaw nga ang gusto ko-"
 
 
 
"You know about me-"
 
 
 
Her brows furrowed. "Ano naman? Hindi naman 'yan ang basehan ko. Tsaka, ano ka ba? I heard never ka pang nagkaro'n ng girlfriend, ah? Ayaw mo bang ma-try?"
 
 
 
Is she joking? Me? Having a girlfriend? Ew, no! Women are so emotional. I can't handle something like that. 
 
 
 
"Young women really want to try something fun, huh?" nag-taas ako ng kilay sakanya.
 
 
 
She pressed her lips together. "Hindi na 'ko bata."
 
 
 
Well, I can see that. But I am pretty sure she's way younger than I am. Baka nga mas matanda pa ang younger sister ko sakanya?
 
 
 
I smirked. Natigilan siya at natulala sakin. 
 
 
 
I flicked my tongue. Gusto niya talagang maging girlfriend ko, hmm? And I am thinking about agreeing? Well, kung looks ang pag-uusapan, okay naman siya. She's beautiful, I must admit. But her aura... I don't like it. She's too dominant in my eyes.
 
 
 
I sighed. Kung papayag ako, hindi naman ako ang lugi. My mom kept asking me to give her a grandchild or at least get myself a girlfriend since I never had one. Pakiramdam ko ay makakahalata na ito sakin.
 
 
 
I looked at the woman again. She's looking at me. Halos mag hugis heart na ang mga mata niya kakatitig sakin. Does she really like me?
 
 
 
I stared at her. She's really beautiful. Her skin is fairly white. Maamo ang mga mata. Her lashes are long. Her narrowed nose made her more beautiful. Her lips are heart-shaped... a little plump and red. Her hair is naturally curled at the ends. She has bangs, too. She looks confident all the freaking time.
 
 
 
"Fine. Let's get to know each other while we are dating."
 
 
 
Her eyes widened.
 
 
 
"P-pumapayag ka?" napalunok ito.
 
 
 
 
 
I shrugged. "I realized that you are right. I never had a girlfriend. Having one now isn't bad. Isa pa, you're a big help to me if ever,"
 
 
 
 
 
She blinks twice. "H-ha?"
 
 
 
 
 
"My family kept asking me about women... wala akong maipakilala sakanila because... you know," I shrugged. "I'm gay and I need someone who could help me to conceal my secret. To be my cover girl. And since you want me, I guess this relationship will benefit us two? So, are you in or nah?"
 
 
 
I can't believe I'm saying this.

"Wait." I put a finger on her lips. Natigilan siya. "Don't answer yet,"

"I can't really picture myself asking a woman to be my girlfriend. I'm having goosebumps. Can you do it instead?"
 
 
 
 
 
She smiled and nodded. I licked my lips. "Be my boyfriend, then, Klaus. So, are you in or nah?"
 
 
 
 
 
I chuckled and smirked. She's funny.
 
 
 
 
 
"You won't kneel?" I teased.
 
 
 
 
 
Nawala ang ngiti niya sa sinabi ko. "Gago ka ba-"
 
 
 
 
 
"Kidding aside. Well, yes, Levana. Offer accepted. Help me keep my secret as well as I keep you, too."
 
 
 
 
 
She smiled genuinely.
 
 
 
"Call me Asia. Levana is too long. And... yes. I'll conceal your secret. No one will know aside from me that you are gay. I'll keep your secret as if it's mine."
 
 
 
I thought she was dominant. Akala ko magiging under niya 'ko, but luckily, that didn't happen. She's submissive. She's following everything I want. She's as good as a robot.
 
 
 
I love using her face whenever I'm testing the shades of my new makeup. Her face is way better to use than those stupid silicon faces.
 
 
 
"Klaus, when are you going to get married?" nagulat ako nang bigla akong tanungin ni Dad no'n nang dumalaw ako sa bahay.

When I told them that I was planning to live in with Asia, they were happy about it.

Napangiwi ako. Ang arte talaga ni Dad. He's not even that old! He's just trying to win me over to give him a grandchild. Mula nang ipakilala ko si Asia, they kept asking me to give them a grandkid.
 
 
 
"Your dad is right, Klaus. Ano? Maaabutan pa ba namin ang anak mo?"
 
 
 
See? Kahit si Mom! Visiting here is not really a good idea. I wonder kung kailan uuwi si Asia? I want to see her... well, it's not like I miss her! I just want to see her at our place because it looks lonely without her... that's all.
 
 
 
"Levana's still studying, Dad, Mom. I don't want to ruin her studies," I said.
 
 
 
Well, Levana once told me that she's not really fond of having babies. Hindi siya interesado. Well, I don't mind. Hindi rin naman ako interesado.
 
 
 
I was on my way home when I received a text message from my cousin, Ellis. She's asking for help because she hangs out with Arien, but that man got drunk and can't get his ass up.
 
 
 
Do I have a choice? Can I say no? Of course, not.
 
 
 
I went to the bar kung saan ang sinabi ni Ellis. Naabutan ko silang nasa labas na at nakaupo sa labas.
 
 
 
My brows furrowed when I saw them, but I couldn't stop myself from laughing. Parang mga gago.
 
 
 
"Thank you so much, Klaus!" the drunk Ellis hugged me. "I can't call Kuya Garret, e! Lagot ako ro'n and he's busy taking care of their babies..."
 
 
 
"Yeah, get up."
 
 
 
"Nope! CR muna ako. I really need to pee. Si Kyle muna ang asikasuhin mo. He's wasted... he cried, e. Broken," she shook her head. "I warned him about her, but he's so kulit,"
 
 
 
I wanted to escort her inside the bar, but I can't leave Arien here, too. Compared to Arien, Ellis is more sober at nakakalakad pa.
 
 
 
Nilapitan ko ang pinsan kong nakatungo. I kicked his feet. "Get up,"
 
 
 
"Hmm..."
 
 
 
Tang ina talaga, oh.
 
 
 
I helped him to stand up. We're at the same height, and hell! He's heavy! I've never seen him this drunk!
 
 
 
"Arien! Isusumbong kita kay Eirene if you won't stand still!" I threatened.
 
 
 
"Do it, I don't fucking care. I already had it worse, Klaus... I already did..."
 
 
 
Yeah, right! This is what he gets for entering a relationship with that woman. We stopped him, but he was so hard-headed.
 
 
 
"She deserves me and she knows it! I don't fucking understand why she chose him over me! Wala namang ginawang tama ang gagong 'yon sakanya! He's hurting her! He's always hurting her in every fucking way! I saw her bruises, Klaus... I fucking saw it... why? Bakit 'yon pa rin ang pinili niya? I'm already here. I can give her the life that she deserves, Klaus..." he cried.
 
 
 
My jaw tightened. I grew up with all of my cousins. We were close, and I never imagined them going crazy over love.
 
 
 
Well, I'm lucky because Asia is not giving me a hard time.
 
 
 
"Arien, she's married," I said.
 
 
 
"Fuck her marriage, Klaus! Hindi siya masaya ro'n! Paulit ulit lang siyang ginagago ng asawa niya! He's going to kill her!"
 
 
 
I held his shoulders to stop him from attacking anything. He's fucking drunk! He's making a scene here!
 
 
 
I lost count of how many times I had to stop him from doing stupid shits. Ellis came back, and she helped me put Arien in the backseat of my car.
 
 
 
"Let's drop Arien muna," she said. Hindi ako sumagot.
 
 
 
Tulog silang dalawa habang nagmamaneho ako. These stupid creatures... tss. None of them can drive dahil parehas silang may tama.
 
 
 
I successfully dropped them, too. I went home to our condo after. I saw a message from Asia... 
 
 
 
Gising pa kaya 'to?
 
 
 
Wait, I don't miss her, ha.
 
 
 
I tried to call her, but she's not answering my calls. I stopped. Maybe she's sleeping already. Without saying goodnight? Kahit text?

I fell asleep that night. And when the morning came, I was expecting a good morning text from her, but I received nothing!

I tried to call her again, but she's still not answering any of my calls! I'm overthinking already. Paano kung may nangyari sakanya ro'n?! Should I go there now?

"Who the fuck are you? Why are you holding my girlfriend's phone? Where is Asia?"
 
 
 
Someone answered my call! It is a fucking male. Don't tell me he's in Asia's suite? Hell, he better tell me that they're out of any fucking closed room!

"Who the fuck do you think you are to command me?! Give her the fucking phone!" I shouted. 
 

I'm fucking raging. The thought of him and my girl in the same fucking room. I trust Asia, but not this Jude!
