August 22, 2016 in the passing day of San Francisco. Jack wakes up from bed in his rented apartment. He goes to the bathroom to brush his teeth, wash himself. Going out he carefully fixes the bedsheets, then changes his clothes before locking the apartment door and going downstairs. He gives up his keys to the apartment on the guy named Miguel who was the landlord and the front desk at the same time. Greeting goodbye before going out and walking along the sidewalk of San Francisco. As usual car honking, skies blue, and the bridge he saw that he will never forget. After a few minutes of walking through the sidewalk with the rest of the pedestrians, he makes it to the nearest coffee shop where he buys a Caramel Macchiato for him and for this mysterious friend. Taking out, he leaves the vicinity of the coffee shop and another few minutes later the scorching sun, he makes to San Francisco's hospital. Jack heads inside and greets the doctors that are taking care of the patients that were sick.
It seems he is common inside the hospital when it comes the doctors knowing Jack. Happily goes inside the elevator, Jack prepares himself with a bouquet of flowers, preferably the version of the pink tulips. The scent fills the hospital's elevator as he leaves and goes to the designated hospital room where his assumed friend is being held on for security mental reasons. While walking, Jack suddenly holds a memory where his old self is walking amongst a crowd. Long time ago he felt defeat and sad, but then his dream arc like was interrupted when he saw himself again but this time his face oozed with blood out of his eyes, and a gaping smile, representing the smiling dog creature. Jack was horrified when it suddenly springs into action and chases him. Jack trips and the creature caught up to him before revealing to be a doctor who just aided because of his fall.
Jack gulps before standing up and telling him that he is fine right now. The doctor understands and lets Jack go before carrying the bouquet of flowers. He makes it to the specified hospital room but not without being terrified by what he just witnessed back in the hall. Luckily not much patients were around so he was totally not embarrassed. Entering the room, he happily greets Nicky good morning. Nicky jumps out of the hospital bed and decides to pounce onto Jack because of his masculine like body. Jack hitches and stutters before returning the hug back to Nicky. " I knew you'd come for me Jack... Thanks for being here... ".
Jack slowly smiles and runs his hand onto Nicky's hair before telling him, " I'd always come for you Nicky... I'm here... I'm not gonna go... anyways lets talk shall we ?? ".
Nicky smiles before letting go and makes his way back to the hospital bed. " So... Jack... where are you staying currently ?? ".
Jack sits down and groans from his back pain before telling Nicky, " Umm... Well I live a few blocks down the road to the east side of San Francisco... ".
Nicky wows the fact that Jack is trying everything he can just to meet with him back again. Jack has only visited here the second time because the hospital refused his visit so that Nicky can recover from his illness. Jack feels happy when he is connected back with his friend Nicky again. Nicky tells Jack about why he wants him and made him realized the part. " Jack... I know I shouldn't be asking questions like this but... how did you realized, I was going to... be gone ?? What made you understand the whole thing about me and when ?? I... deserved to know Jack... please... ".
