Solcia POV

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I drifted to sleep and soon found myself in a dream. It looked around and saw I was in a forest. Why would I be in a forest? I tried to move through the trees, but I went right through them. It's as if I was watching something and wasn't supposed to be seen. If that was the case, then I should probably stay around here. I noticed the trees weren't like in Orlando. Where could I be? I walked a bit and noticed a few feet to me left and a bit behind, there was a trail. It had tire marks, but not like the ones today. Where there also animal prints? It must be a horse and carriage. What time was I even in? I might as well see where this trail goes then, right?
I started going following the path, making a pile of rocks where I first was so I wouldn't loose it. With that being done, I started sprinting to the side that was left of where I started. I looked at what I was wearing, but it was my pajamas. It can't possibly be in the same time period though, can it? Maybe because I couldn't be seen, I didn't look different. I ran a bit more and noticed my bare feet didn't hurt against the dirt trail, so I'm just going to continue with that theory. I kept running and after about 3 miles, I saw a village. It looked like one of the villages you would see in a history textbook. Maybe the 1600s or maybe early 1700s. Why would I be this far back in time though? I walked a little more into the city and nobody noticed me, so I am invisible. People where walking around to where they had to go yet looked like they were watching out for something. Why would they need to look out? Parents where keeping their children close and there where people who were getting dirty looks. There has to be something going on.
Because of everybody going everywhere, I guess it is a little past noon. I went inside a place that was nearby and looked at the time. The place happened to be a restaurant. Many people where hurrying to get out while others were finishing their conversations. I looked at the time and it was exactly noon. If we are in America, then at this time people should be heading from lunch to work or school. I tried listening to a conversation, and it was in English. It wasn't like the English you would here in America though, it was a English that you would hear in England. However, it was very soft, the accent almost being gone. If the accent is soft and sounds like they are from England, then I must be somewhere in America.
While people were leaving the restaurant, I sorted out the facts. The time period was probably late 1600s to early 1700s, it was an English colony in America, and people just finished lunch. If it were in the years I think it is though, I don't think people went home for lunch, nonetheless need to go back to work. Where would they be heading now? I looked around and noticed just about everybody was gone, just a few tables getting ready to leave. I saw this one table that had 2 women getting ready to leave. One of them had long brown curly hair and the other had short dirty blonde hair put in a ponytail. I went closer to them and tried listening to their conversation.
"Look at the restaurant! We really must get going. We shouldn't be late to the gathering. We don't want to look like one of the ones waiting trial." The woman with brown hair said.
"You're right. People definitely might mistake us if we are late, especially to a gathering. Nobody is late for a gathering. Those who are always get suspected. Let us hurry." The blonde one responded and they were off. By now, everybody has left the restaurant. The woman did mention a gathering, possible a church one? I followed them out to see where they are going.
Sure enough, once I was outside and saw the direction they were going, there was a huge church. This might tell me where I am or why I'm here! I followed the people inside and went up to the front so I could here the speaker better. After all, nobody could see me anyway. After about another minute, the doors closed and the speaker came up. It wasn't somebody who worked at the church, but rather somebody who I'm guessing worked as a government official. He had clothes that looked like it. The guy was a bit shorter than me and had to be in his late 60s or early 70s. For his age, he still stood tall and had perfect posture. He cleared his throat and started speaking.
