Solcia POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I walked in, I saw Willow levitating in the middle of the room while Gabe was on the couch with something in his hair. . .
Willow snapped her attention towards me, causing her to fall. She was only a foot in the air, so it wasn't a far fall. She looked at me warily. Gabe turned around, cautiously, and looked at me surprised, and warily also. I took some steps forwards and took a closer look at was in Gabe's hair. I saw Cara, except she was about 6 inches tall. Everything was the same, except she had wings. Is Cara a fairy? If she is, then is Hera a fairy?
"I can explain." Willow said hesitantly.
"There is no need, you have magic and Cara is a. . . fairy?" I responded. Willow's face grew shocked. She seemed to be coming up with a way to make it seem like that wasn't it, but if I were in her place, it would be hard.
"What are you talking about?" Willow responded, as if I didn't see anything.
"Don't worry, I have magic to." I said, and I couldn't stop the smile from coming on my face. She looked at me shocked, along with Gabe and I think Cara.
"Really?" Willow questioned.
"Yes. I just got it today." I said, my happiness going slightly down when she had a confused look.
"What, I'm telling the truth, I just got my powers less than 5 hours ago." Willow still had a confused look after I said that. I then saw Cara fly a few feet out, above the empty spot next to Gabe. She then appeared next to him, in her usual human size.
"Really?! That's great. I was wondering when we were going to tell you." Cara responded happily.
"Well, if you asked me, I always did think you looked a little fairy like." I said, and she just smiled.
"I know, because I'm so beautiful." She said jokingly.
"Cara, are you sure about that? Just kidding, just kidding." I responded back. Cara faked hurt and laughed, causing me to laugh to. Cara's laugh was defiantly the most contagious laugh.
"Okay, well then I guess we have some explaining to do." Willow said, motioning to the couch. I went and sat down next to Willow.
"So, you are a magician to?" Willow asked.
"Yup. I put my hand out because I wanted to see something, and this screen-like thing made out of air came out. It was about the size of an IPad. It showed me who I wanted to see. I made my hand into a fist, and the screen thing disappeared. Then the books came and Mr. Spalding came and explained everything." I told them. Willow looked shocked.
"But your parents don't have magic, right?" Willow asked.
"No, I don't think so. My dad would have probably brought back my mom if they did. Why?" I asked. Was I not supposed to have magic?
"Well, the way magic works is if you are destined to get it and your parents don't have magic, then you get it when you are older than 22. Other than that, you are born with magic, meaning that one of your parents has to have magic. I've seen your parents though and they don't seem to have magic. Didn't Mr. Spalding tell you this?" Willow asked.
"No, he just explained magic and stuff. He did seem to be watching me though, as if it was a test." I told her.
"That's weird. Oh well. Now Cara will explain her and Hera." Willow said, and Cara started talking. I knew Hera would have to be one to!
"Well, for fairies, at least one of your parents have to have magic. Other then that, it will take a whole lot of fluff to make you a fairy. Also, if you are a fairy, any kid you have will be a fairy." She said quickly, but I caught everything.
