Warning: Cursing, Violence (???)

Did you know, that some crows have regional dialects? Apart from their famous caw-caw, crows emit . Each one sends out a different message; cawing can be used as a territorial warning or a way for crows to signal their location to relatives.

Cai danced along to the tunes of 'Drop Pop Candy' by REOL as they made Mei's breakfast, preparing a healthy and hearty meal for the dragon girl's upcoming race, Sirius resting by the entrance of the back kitchen since he wasn't allowed in the back. He seemed to enjoy listening to her sing, purring along as the bird boy sang, looking over xier shoulder on occasion to send xier feline companion a periodic smile.

The sounds of Pigsy's TV blasting the 'Great Wall Race' commercial were blaring in the front of the shop, with both teens watching intently as the pair of husbands simply talked amongst themselves about a new piece of furniture they'd gotten and where to place it.

Overall, it was a lively morning.

"Mei! Breakfast is ready!~" Poking his head out from the kitchen, the corvid walked out front and set the food down on the counter, where the excited dragon child immediately began chowing down, her speed making both bird and cat worry. "Mei, slow down, you food's not going anywhere!"

"This shis so gwood!!"

"Please speak when your mouth doesn't look a chipmunk preparing for the winter season," Deadpanning, a shake of the head was all the youngest dragon got, before her 'elder sibling' walked into the back to clean up the mess they'd made, pausing and quickly grabbing a plate of rabbit and chicken, decorated with star/moon shaped carrots, and a side of raspberries, apricots and melon carved into fun configurations as well, topped which were topped with whip cream, setting it down in front of her excited looking tomcat. "And for you Sirius~"

"You spoil that cat," Pigsy huffed amusedly, watching as the mouser dug in heartily, tail happily waving about. "It's a wonder he's not fat."

At the word 'fat', Sirius looked up at the pig man with a grumpy look, narrowing his eyes with a cat like scowl, making Mei snicker, "I don't think Sirius liked you calling him fat Pigsy."

"Eh, he'll get over it," Waving off the disgruntled feline a shrug of the shoulders, the chef went back to discussing his and Tang's new house set up.

"Don't listen to him Sirius, you're perfectly healthy," Cooing at her companion, Cai smiled gently at the happy purr she got in return, the ebony cat leaning into her touch. "Mr. Pigsy's just jealous that he doesn't get as well fed as you~"

"I can kick you out anytime I want."

"And yet you still keep me around," Came the cocky response, followed up by scowling silence.

"Hey Cai, could you make me one of these healthy meals too?" MK asked hopefully, earning confused looks all around.

"I mean, I could, but why? You're not competing....are you?"

"He's not, right MK?"

Judging by Mei's unhappy tone, this sounded like something the duo were already arguing about for a bit now, which meant Cai would have to quickly get out of the line of fire before--

"Hey Cai, who are you rooting for?"

Before she was dragged into choosing a side...sigh.

"Neither, because I'm not getting involved in another one of your ridiculous fights again," And like a flash, the Bird Beast scooped up her cat, and sped walked up the stairs to xier apartment, slamming the door shut with a tired sigh.
