Warning: Cursing, Violence

Crows are not only social birds, but also more family-oriented than many people realize. They mate for life, meaning a mated pair will typically stay together for the rest of their lives.

Also, I worked on two new character designs over the weekend, in the process of the third, and created my persona's Bestial Form (A.K.A. Dragon form).
Sorry for the late chapters, I had a dental appointment, and the office is pretty far away.

Yawning as he got up, Cai stretched and got ready for the day to the music of Burning Love by Elvis Presley, originally going to tuck in his wings, before realizing that the others knew of and accepted her true appearance, opting to go as-is. The click clacking of xier talons getting Pigsy and Tang's attention, who greeted them happily, internally excited that Cai had become comfortable enough over the past week between Spider Queen's attempted takeover and now to show off his natural form.

"Mornin' you two, usual coffees?"

"Yes please."

Preparing their drinks, the corvid decided to have something new, making an off-brand Matcha Tea Latte, handing both pig and human their drinks, the scholar hesitated for a moment, before asking his question, "Hey Cai?"

"Hmm?"

"If it's not too personal, could I ask a few questions about your species...uh, Bird Beast right? The brief explanation got me wondering, especially since you stated your father's side shared draconic genes." A nod made the elder male's smile widen in childlike joy. "So, from a few searches, I found that Western dragons have stockier bodies, large wings, and--for the most part--have four legs. Is this correct?"

"Yup, all dragons share this appearance, while the sub-class known as Wyverns hold only two hind legs, and wings as their 'front legs', so to speak," Looking up images on xier phone, Cai turned it around to show in interested Tang--and now as well--Pigsy. "There's also Ampithires and Wyrms. The first sharing similarities to Eastern dragons, save that they also have wings made of feathers and no legs. As for the Wyrms, they take on identical appearances to the Basilisk, except they have the ability to breath fire--and in rare cases--have front legs."

"What of this class I read about, called Tiamat and their cousin the Hydra?" Opening his phone, the college teacher showed an image of a five headed dragon, each head a different color, as for the other, it was a beautiful emerald green, twelve or more heads but with no wings.

"Tiamat are rare--almost extinct--dragons, whose heads all breathe a different element; the red breathes fire, the blue breathes lighting, the green breathing poison, the black acid and the white ice." Listing off each head and their ability, before moving onto the next beast. "As for the hydra, they only breath poisonous gas, their blood also being pure poison, where--if you cut off one head--two more grow in its place, the only way to prevent this is by cauterizing the stump of the cut off head."

"Fascinating!~" Writing down the information he was being given at blinding speeds, the scholar's eyes light up like a child on christmas, as Pigsy simply continued to drink his coffee and listen to the pair's conversation. "And what of your family? I know your great-great-grandfather is a Black dragon, but what of the rest of your family?"

"Uhhh, well my family all on my dad's side are dragons save for Grammy, my great-great-grandmother," Thinking back to the family tree, the raven pulls up a picture of one of the family portraits hanging in the 'Family House'. "This is her and Grumpy, with my Great Grandfather Kalt as a hatchling."

"I see, your Ancestor is uh....quite impressive..."

"You can say he looks scary Mr. Tang, my brothers did when they first met him, it's actually why younger hatchlings aren't introduced to him until they're age five," With a shrug, they put their phone away and take a sip of xier drink, right as MK comes trudging down the stairs, stopping to stare at Cai's wings for a moment, before remembering what'd happened with Spider Queen.
