Warning: Cursing, Violence

Often hunting in groups, ravens have been known to trap and kill prey twice their size. They will also hide their food from other predators, even other ravens. In fact, they often "pretend" to hide food in a safe place while another raven is watching—only to move the food cache to another location when unobserved!

Humming along to the sounds of 'November' by Sparkbird, Cai weaved the needle through the plush fabric of one of MK's Monkey King plushies, the poor teen having nearly had a heart attack upon noticing the hole in the stuffed monkey. Coming to a particularly tricky loop in the process, they were about to carefully poke the needle through, when something slammed into the fire escape window, making the corvid shriek and stab the needle into xier pointer finger.

"Jesus fucking christ!" Dropping the plush, they immediately turned to what had caused the noise, only to look in disbelief at the sight of Red Son, of all demons, being attacked by the murder, the teen sending her a desperate and slightly nasty look to open the window. Rolling xier eyes with an agitated groan, the adult approached the window, opening it up for the slightly cowering fire demon, shooing off her disgruntled birds, much to the youth's relief. "What?"

"A-apologies, but I would like to request your assistance in a project," Coughing awkwardly, he watched as the halfling went to xier kitchen cabinets, muttering a few profanitys as she searched for something, 'ahaing' once they found the bandages, then turning to face the Bull Demon.

"If it involves taking over the world, stealing the staff or anything like that, then you've wasted your time," Putting the box of adhesives away, he sent the younger a frown, wings moving slightly behind them.

"Ah, no, it actually is more of a personal inquiry, one that involves your, uh....genetic line," Motioning to the onyx limbs that rested comfortably upon the elder's back, Red Son looked a bit bashful as he mentioned them, much to the confusion of the other.

"You wanna' test out my wings and other stuff?"

"Ah! Don't say that so casually!" His hair flared up, face reddening even further.

"Why? It's not like I said something wrong," Shrugging, she walked back over and bent down to pick up the dropped plush, dusting it off with a clawed hand.

Sputtering in shock, the demon blinked in astonishment, "Because, asking a question like that is incredibly invasive, especially when it involves such things as one's inhuman traits!"

"Oh right, non-human culture is different here," Humming in thought, she thought back to the conversation she'd had with MK and Pigsy, the pigman explaining how talking about one's inhuman traits was a lot more sensitive than back in America. "I forgot it's less casual than here."

"You mean it's normal to talk openly about things like this?!"

Ignoring the horrified look they were being given, the raven nodded, "Yeah, I mean, these are a part of who I am and my culture and stuff, it's something we take pride in, especially when the species is Avian or Draconic like my family is."

"I see..."

"So you wanted to do a few tests, guess it can't hurt," Walking over to xier desk, Cai grabbed xier phone and stuffed it into his pocket, before joining Red Son near the window. "So, where are we going? I assume we're not doing it here so..."

Coughing awkwardly, as he realized he never explained further, the adolescent nodded, "Ah, yes, we'll be going to my family's castle. Mother thinks it's better to reside there for now, after everything we've gone through here in the city."
