The opening ends to a set of White Fang guards standing beneath the hole that Ruby had fallen down in, just to make sure no one else decides to show up.

Member 1: Those two humans are weird ones.

Member 2: I'll drink to that... But I still don't get why we're working with humans; the brown-haired one seems waaay to calm for my liking.

Member 1: (sighs) I agree... But there's not a lot we can do about it now.

Member 2: Hey, remember that report about how a couple of kids thwarted our operations at the docks a while back? Talk about an embarrassing moment.

Member 1: That was an embarrassment. Boss wasn't happy that day, especially to embarrassing our name.

Member 2: Hey, you think that girl came with friends?

Member 1: How would I know that?

Member 2: It's just, moments like these where we almost always win, seem to blow up in our faces. Shouldn't we at least make sure she's alone?

Member 1: (as Rody screams slowly fade into existence) What do you think? That they're just gonna fall out of the sky-Where is that sound coming from?!

Member 1 looks up just in time to see Rody Azuris land right on top of him, breaking his fall and knocking the Member out.

Rody: Owww... (looks up to see Member 2) Oh, uh, Wassup?

Member 2: Uhhh...

Member 2 and Rody are interrupted as Donald Azuris falls on top of him, knocking him out as well as Donnie just sighs at his little brother's antics.

With Torchwick

We the cut to Ruby being thrown across the floor by Roman.

Roman: (laughing) Wow! You are much more manageable without that oversized gardening tool of yours.

Ruby gets up and charges at Roman, which he simply sidesteps, sending Ruby stumbling across the floor.

Roman: (laughing) Oh man. You know, Perry, I really did need this.

Perry raises his thumb in agreement as Roman and Hatch laughs.

Roman: (walks over to Ruby and aims Melodic Cudgel at her) But seriously. How'd you find this place, Red?

Ruby growls and uses her Semblance to escape Roman and start running for an exit, however she stops as she sees it's blocked by Hatch who raises an eyebrow and a smirk.

Roman: (looking around, briefly startled) Whoa!

Smiling, Roman stands up, spins Melodic Cudgel in his hands, and aims the handle at Ruby. He fires the handle, which doubles as a grappling hook, at Ruby, catching her by her hood and allowing Roman to pull her back.

Roman: I see you've got some tricks up your sleeve! Let me make this clear: We're not through here yet.

A massive explosion sounds, causing Roman to look up.

Roman: Oh, what the... Perry, if you and the boys could take care of that? Kinda in the middle of something.

Perry nods and goes off to investigate the explosion just as another one sounds.

Roman: (annoyed) WHAT is going on here?!

A third explosion sounds and multiple White Fang members come running around the corner, some firing at an unknown enemy. Weiss, Blake, Yang, Rody, Donald, Zwei and Oobleck run around the corner, much to Roman's annoyance. Ruby decides to take this moment to try and escape. She jumps on Roman's shoulders, pulls his hat down over his eyes, and then flees towards her friends.
