RWBY The Champion and The Monster (RWBY x OC's) [On Hiatus]

Character Bio: Rody Azuris Volumes 4-6

Full Name: Rodeius Joxter Azuris

Age: 16 years old (Vol. 4-6)

Height: 5'9 1/2" (Vol. 4-6)

Hair Color: A very dark blue, almost black, long curly hair that comes down past his neck.

Eye Color: Light blue (purple when possessed)

Skin Color: Tan

New Attire: Rody wears the same dark blue pants, however, he started to wear a wrap around his waist and now wears a hooded vest over top a long sleeve gray shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. He also begun wearing his master's amulet around his neck as well, signaling his role as Remnant's Champion. The vest also has his master's symbol on the back of it, in honor of her, and his feet are still bare. Rody's hair has grown longer over the trek to Mistral the past few months, coming down to just past his neck, and he's noticeably half an inch taller than Ren after hitting a growth spurt. Rody also has a noticeable scar on his neck and cheek, courtesy of Hatch, and Rody doesn't really do anything to cover it, he also has a scar on his abdomen because of Cinder.

Volume 6: Rody wears a blue zip-up athletic hoodie for the colder temperatures as him and the gang head up to Argus and Atlas.

Abilities

Aura Color: Dark Blue

Aura Manipulation: Rody's control over his Aura has increased significantly, being able to fire off Aura shots in rapid succession, rather than having to wait to charge up. His ability to enhance himself both in terms of speed, strength, and durability have improved as well, making him a tank so to speak. Rody has even begun creating some attacks with Aura, he can't pull off the dragon attack his master was able to do, but he can create little monsters that act as bombs when the strike.

Semblance: Rody's semblance gifted to him by Isabella Diaz has been adapted to much more efficiently than before, as in he can use it on his body to increase his physical stats to the max. Rody also developed the ability to increase the size of the Aura limbs, capable of sacrificing speed for strength, even swatting lesser Grimm like flies. However, the toll it takes on his Aura and body is still there, the thing is, Rody has increased the time he can use it, allowing him to have more access to his semblance unlike his time at Beacon.

New Power: Rody will awaken the ability to summon black, energy-like whips from his body, but because of the spontaneous awakening of this power, Rody doesn't know how to wield it. It gives him the ability to swing around like Spider-Man, and rope people up, keeping them pinned or even simply lifting heavy things.

Champion's Power: Rody has access to the Champion's power, while there are still many uncertain aspects to it, like what powers lay dormant within it. All Rody knows is this, the power and experience accumulated from the predecessors before him are all there, waiting to be released and used by him as the current Champion. Rody will even soon discover that he has the ability to use a rarer power, one that he was not expecting to receive, that is the ability to use magic, like Ozpin or even Salem.

High Level Intellect: Rody is a very tactical fighter, he has been able to analyze a lot of people and their fighting styles/abilities that accompany them, he writes them down in his journal a lot of the time to figure out how to deal with them. Above all else he capitalizes on the strength of teamwork.

Rody's origins are a bit clearer to his friends and allies. He hails from the Island that Isabella Diaz owned, and she was the previous Champion of Remnant, living with a group of people and his older brother, Donald Azuris. Rody is a kind, caring guy, who isn't afraid to defend his friends at a moment's notice, he often is playful, but has a serious side to him that he's not overly fond of, he cherishes life and seeks to protect it. Rody has even developed a rageful side to him, primarily directed at the ones who caused him the most pain in his life, making him unpredictable to understand at that point. With the Champion's power dwelling within him, he now seeks to bring balance to the world of Remnant, keeping peace and ensuring that Salem falls, and that the Relics are safe from danger.
