(Y/N) and Amber decided it should be a great idea to go visit Collei after the entire Overhaul incident. Well truth be told, the other reason why they decided to visit Collei was because Eri seemed so worried about her dear friend. No one can blame her though, its natural to be worried about a friend's whereabouts whom you've spent half of your life with during hard times. Apparently during their time away, Cyno has successfully sealed the Archon residue for now "Amber, (Y/N)" Cyno called out.
The UA students immediately turned their head towards the familiar voice "Cyno! How's Collei's full condition?" Amber spoke out "Follow me, I'll explain everything" Cyno started walking to which the 2 followed "I'm sure you've heard about the residue being sealed away inside her, yes? Good news is that it won't be easily unleashed like before" Cyno started explaining while the 3 of them walk "and the bad news is..?" (Y/N) hesitantly asked,because guessing by the fact he told them the good news first, there should be a bad news that comes after it.
"It's still possible to unleash it, and once it does. the Archon residue will fully consume Collei, and there will be no way to undo it if that happens" Cyno continued after a long pause. This obviously causes both Amber and (Y/N) to be shocked "I knew it was still possible for it to be unleashed but what do you mean she'll be fully consumed once that happens!? Are there no other ways to permanently seal- no, permanently get rid of it entirely!?" Amber exclaimed.
"I'm not done yet.. I understand your concern, but i wouldn't be telling you this out of the blue without another good news" Cyno sighed, what he just said seem to give a spark of hope to the 2 girls "As you know, I sealed the Archon residue temporarily, the seal I placed onto Collei won't be fully enough to hold it off. Let's say that seal alone can only hold 40% of the residue inside her. That serpent is mostly controlled by her emotions, so if Collei suddenly triggers her emotions to the point it would reach the residue, it would of course, appear once more"
"So, you're saying if Collei can fully control her emotions, there would be less chance that the residue will be unleashed?" (Y/N) repeated what she understands so far to which Cyno nodded in response "Now the problem right now is Collei's still filled with intense guilt, we haven't told her what happened to sir Nighteye because that might trigger the residue. She's currently going through therapy every day but the result is still far from what we're aiming. She's still worried, cautious, and untrustful of others." Cyno finished his sentence.
Amber and (Y/N) both processed the information that they just got while walking with Cyno before he stopped his tracks in front of a door that's written 'Collei' on the patient name "She's in this room, if you wish to enter, I will have to accompany you inside. I must remind you to not say anything related to the Shie Hassaikai incident while we're in there" Cyno warned before opening the door. The short green haired girl was covered in bandages and is currently watching the TV in front of her.
The moment the door opens, Collei's body tensed up and snapped her head towards the door, but after seeing Amber, her eyes widened "It's you! The bunny girl! A-are you alright!?" Collei sat up straight "I'm perfectly fine! How are you feeling Collei?" Amber put up her signature smile "I'm alright.." Collei replied. The three of them grabbed a seat and sat next to Collei's bed "Is this another therapy session?" Collei tilted her head "No, they are here to check how you're doing" Cyno answered to which Collei nodded in response.
