It was minutes away before the Lorenzis and the Cassanders, the two sworn mafia enemies would welcome their beloved little daughters and sons into the world. Angelina and Zuko Lorenzi and Valentina and Rafael Cassander.

"Papa..is mama going to be okay." Eleven year old Leonardo said to his father (Javier)

"Yes son, your mother is going to be just fine . She is strong and brave, just like you," Javier replied, ruffling his son's hair reassuringly. And looking towards the doctor that was in charge of Camrmella Lorenzi.

"Okay Leonardo I need you to sit and watch your small brothers for me. Okay, I'll go talk with your mama's doctor then I'll be right back." Javier said with a smile, before turning around and walking off.

"Is mummy going to be okay." Nine year old Draco said as he held onto Leonardo's hand.

"Of course mummy is going to be okay she's strong and brave, just like all of us." Leonardo replied with a smile on his face as he looked at Draco.

Meanwhile Javier was speaking with the doctor.

"We're going to have to do a C-section on Mrs Lorenzi, with her heart condition she wouldn't be able to give birth on her own." The doctor explained the risks involved in the procedure to Javier, emphasizing the importance of ensuring Camrmella's safety and the safety of their baby. Javier nodded, his expression grave but determined.

"I understand, doctor. Please do whatever is necessary to ensure my wife and daughters are safe," Javier said firmly.

As the medical team prepared for the C-section, Javier returned to his sons. Not so long after a group of men in black suits approached Javier.

"Sir could we speak to you in private for a moment."

Javier nodded and led the men in black suits to a more private area away from his sons.

"Didn't I tell you dimwits to never approach me when my sons are around me?" Javier asked, his tone sharped and commanding.

"Sorry boss." One of the men said, "but it's important, we received news that the Cassander family is also in this hospital.

Javier's face darkened at the mention of the Cassander family. The rivalry between the Lorenzis and the Cassanders ran deep, with a history of bloodshed and betrayal on both sides.

"What are they doing here?" Javier asked, his voice low and dangerous.

"We're not sure,but from what we heard their also expecting a twin babies. And they also know that you and your family are here and they planning on causing trouble," the man replied, looking slightly nervous under Javier's intense gaze.

Javier's jaw clenched as he processed the information. The thought of the Cassanders causing trouble during such a vulnerable moment for his family filled him with rage.

"Listen to me carefully," Javier said, his voice steely. "I want you to ensure the security of my family. Keep them safe at all costs. If the Cassanders try anything, I want you to handle it discreetly and swiftly. Understood?"

The men nodded in understanding, knowing the seriousness of the situation. They quickly dispersed to carry out Javier's orders, leaving him to return to his sons.

"Daddy is there something wrong." Leonardo said as looked at his father.

"Everything is fine okay, I just need you and your brothers to listen very carefully to me and what I'm about to say." Javier crouched down and held onto Leonardo's shoulders. "A friend of daddy's is going to come and get the five of you. And your gonna stay at his place for a while, okay." Leonardo said nothing but just understandingly nodded, "When you get to his house I want you all to behave okay and look after your small brothers each other." Javier said with a calm tone. Trying not to scare his sons.
