The footsteps neared the place the trio were just at a few seconds later. There were two of them. One knelt down by the fire. She had a buzzcut with long, black, frizzy hair pulled into a ponytail and bronze skin. She was wearing a leather jacket with a white tang top on underneath and dark blue, ripped jeans. Her ears were pierced 4 times on each ear with silver, and her right eyebrow was pierced with gold. There were skull tattoos on both her temples. She scanned the area with her confident looking, dark brown -almost black- eyes. She walked forwards and hovered her hand over the sticks the fire had been burning on.

"Still warm. She was just here."

A man walked up behind her. He had the same outfit as her, but he was wearing a white and black striped T-shirt under his leather jacket. His hair was dirty brown with an undercut. He had dark blue eyes, limestone skin and a clean face. Both of them had clean faces. Both his temples were pierced with silver, and he had a gold nose piercing. There were arrays of tattoo patterns and designs on his neck, leading down. He leaned against a tree, smoking a cigarette. He let out a puff of air, looking at the women kneeling next to the fire.

"Yeah?"

He pointed to some fresh footprints on the ground. The woman stood up and turned to face the footprints, scoffing.

"Children sure aren't cautious or careful. We'll get her in a day. What do you think, Onyx?"

The man smiled maliciously, walking up to the woman.

"'Course we will. We're the boss's best hunters, Astria. He said so himself."

"AH!"

Astria and Onyx turned around, Astria in annoyance, to see another man who tripped when coming out of some bushes.

"Astria! Onyx!"

He scrambled to his feet, brushing off the twigs and leaves on his outfit, thought they remained in his hair.

"You guys need to be slower. I thought I was lost for a second!"

The man had messy brown hair with ivory skin and yellowish-green eyes. His outfit was a white T-shirt, leather jacket and dark blue, ripped jeans. He had a clean face as well.

Onyx smirked, and Astria rolled her eyes. She replied to him with a snarky attitude.

"Yeah? Well maybe don't wander off next time, Phoenix. What kind of a name even is that? It's too nice. You're not really mean yourself, but you need a dark name. Like us."

Phoenix crossed his arms and pouted, thinking, 'She's so full of herself! I'm sorry if I don't want a name that means death or claws or nails. Besides, I'm not even the one who named myself!'

Onyx chuckled, taking his cigarette out of his mouth, and spoke to Astria.

"Such a big attitude... such a big ego... I wonder what would happen if I broke it?"

Astria scoffed at him.

"Like you could. I dare you."

Onyx took another puff, smirking.

"I'm not giving you the pleasure of it."

Phoenix sighed.

"Can we please just get over with this mission?"

Astria scowled.

"You're one to talk..."

"Hey! What's that  supposed to mean?!"

Onyx spoke up.

"She means  that... well... you don't really do much on the missions, to put it into nice words."
