- Prologue - that one village

The dark clouds loomed over the sky as the thunder boomed when it struck down. The sound of the light rain melted into the background.

The light rain mixed the blood and mud on the ground as the fire raged throught the desolate village.

The residents cried out in agony as they were ruthlessly slaughtered by a group of black-clothed men-and others burned without a shred of mercy.

The leader had a strange star stitched into the robe as he ignored the cries of the residents.

His blood red hair stood out against his dark outfit.

This would be the trade mark his future mortal enemy would remember him with.

"We've completed the mission." One of the other black-clothed men kneeled before him-his clothes drenched in blood.

It was the blood of the innocent villagers.

He reported the conclusion of the slaughter of the desolate village not hinting his curiosity as too why they had done it.

Despite his curiosity he knew he shouldn't pry.

"Are you sure none have been left alive?" The man question with a sharp tone.

"Yes sir." He reported with the utmost confidence.

"Let's go." The red-haired man paused for a moment.

After a brief moment he ripped a teleportation scroll with the rest of the men following.

No one noticed a small child trapped underneath a burning house that hadn't post his breath just yet.

He raised his head and glared into the dissapearing men while he printed their faces into his mind.

Adileo stared at him with hatred and a thirst of blood.

He wanted to kill him.

No, he swore that he would kill them.

Adileo vision darkened as his consciousness started slipping.

[ Do you want revenge?]

[ Do you want to live and kill them?]

As his consciousness slipped he heard a vague voice but that voice said the one thing he wanted at this moment.

He didn't care if it was the devil or God.

The only thing in his mind was hatred and thirst for revenge.

Adileo used the last of his consciousness and said. "Yes.."

His vision darkened as he lost consciousness and fainted.

[ The contract has been completed.]

The vague voice turned into a sinister tone as it had gotten the answer it wanted.

In the vague silence a pure black haired and blood red eyes figure appeared and it was the only thing that could be seen.

The eyes gazed at the unconscious boy with a slight smirk. "Don't disappoint me, the last..." His voice faded with his existence.

The voice and features dissappeared as a black power similar to divine power but more sinister absorbed into the fainted boy leaving behind a rose tattoo on his hand.

Though this power couldn't be called demonic it sure wasn't saintly.
