— I'm wide-awake

Adileo had no idea that the moment he fainted—as he fell from the skies Cale had rushed toward him despite the dangers he faced.

Nor did he know how the ancient dragon—Eruhaben seemed to have gone mad with rage.

But at this moment Adileo was unconscious.

Well not for long.

"...recovery..sure...Cale.." Adileo who was unconscious could hear a familiar voice but the sentences were cut off.

Not to mention as he regained consciousness he felt a weight on his chest that was followed by a sniffling.

But he had an idea of who it might be.

"Sniff...Goldie gramps are you sure he's recovering?"

It was Raon.

"Little kid I don't make mistakes. I've checked him every hour. he is recovering just fine." Eruhaben said as he sounded exhausted.

Raom most likely asked this question quite often If Eruhaben sounded this exhausted.

But Adileo was sure he still look beautiful and shiny.

"Then why hasn't he woken up!" Raon rebutted Eruhaben with a sniffling tone.

"Raon, that's normal. He lost a lot of blood so it isn't unusual." The pressure on his stomach was relived as Roan seemed to be removed.

Cale had removed Raon from on top of Adikeo since he was a but worried that it would be harmful to his recovery.

Even though he assured Raon–he himself was worried.

though he'd never mention it outloud.

Adileo had regained consciousness a few minutes ago but he didn't want to open his eyes at the moment and deal withe the scolding he would recive.

Adileo was sure the ancient dragon and Cale would surely scold him after they were sure he was completely alright.

And he didn't want that.

But his stomach had another opinion.

Adileo had no choice but to open his eyes after the noise and hunger from his stomach after the third time.

"Adileo!"

"Adileo!"

"You're awake."

Multiple voice came from all the sides of him—the loudest being the small dragon and cat tribe siblings.

The group surrounded him all voicing their own worries as well as the three little kids happily chatting with him.

Choi Han seemed relived that Adileo had woken up and so did Bud, Ron, and Beacrox—of course the most relived was Cale.

Though Cale wouldn't admit it.

"You damned idiot. why would you do that?" Eruhaben was the first to speak out of the adults as he helped Adileo sit up.

This was the first time Adileo had heard him curse.

Adileo hadn't heard the ancient dragon curse at him—though he called him idiot often which was when he was scolding him.

But never damned idiot.

Adileo had a serious expression that made the Ancient dragon become a but worry but that was soon washed away by his next words.

"I liked seeing his face knowing his plan failed."

That was why Adileo had sliced his neck open.

He had done it just too irritate the White star.
