Those words alone sent the people in the room on a silent rampage inside their heads—especially Cale who wanted to curse at this moment.
'A diety?'
Cale couldn't help but think as he was in shock at Adileo's words.
He had been suprised when he first had heard that Adileo was the descendant of an Ancient being but now.
that being could be a deity?
He couldn't wrap his head around it.
"No." The white Dragon answer snapped them back from the rambling thoughts they were having at this time.
"He was not a deity but had power's that rivaled other gods but he, himself was not one despite that he couldn't be called a demonic being either. " The Dragon didn't stop there a continued. "He was a being that went against the laws of nature and shouldn't have existed. The gods couldn't get rid of this being nor could Dragons so he was banished but his bloodline continued."
"Though no one knows where he went nor how he ended up—not even the gods could spy on his moves. The only thing that was known to Dragons and higher beings alike was that a village with his bloodline exsisted."
"You're hometown—Koran village."
The Dragon stared at Adileo with a bit of a serious expression. "And you are the descendant of his first-born son continuing his bloodline."
Adileo was a bit stunned about his bloodline and couldn't help but be skeptical.
It seemed a bit to surreal.
Meanwhile Cale and the rest of the group were baffled and outright in absolute chaos.
Especially Eruhaben, Cale and Bud.
I mean who'd belive the descendant of an ancient beings who's power rival gods was their companion?
The Dragon Lord glanced at the stunned Adileo with a slight smile as she said. "But you should ask him that yourself."
'Ask him myself..what does that—'
Adileo seemed to have realized it.
The voice inside his head.
The being that had signed a contract with him all those years ago.
'Is she speaking about you?' Adileo said after much silence.
[ It seems despite being a project she still has some sort of natural insight. ]
[ That's right I'm the person in those stories. ]
[ Your ancestor. ]
The gods voice confirmed his theories and what the Dragon Lord had said.
At this moment Adileo felt as if his brain would explode.
Cale was as equally stunned but couldn't speak nor could the rest of the group. None of them had the confidence to ask Adileo what the Dragon meant.
nor could they.
"Ah shit I need a drink." Bud was the first to speak in the silence.
And of course it was his usual nonsense.
Cale seemed to want to say something to Adileo who had gone silent and seemed to be in thought but the Dragon said something that made him pause.
"It's best to let him be. He's speaking with someone very important." Cale looked at Adileo with an even more complicated look.
