— scolding

Adileo didn't want to come near—or listen to Cale's call but he thought it would've made it worse for himself if he didn't so he went.

Even if he didn't want too.

Adileo tried to take as long as he could—which wasn't that long anyway but it was at least some time.

By the time he got there Cale was I most case fuming.

It might be out of character for Cale to be upset but he had been worried about Adileo since he injured himself severely—and instead of resting he was here.

In the mist of a battlefield.

As soon as Adileo touched down to where Cale had been he got smack on the back of head as Eruhaben often did.

"Ouch." He held his head while Cale had his normal expressionless face but his eyes were fuming.

"I'm sure Eruhaben told you to rest at the castle," Cale had a scary stare. "so why are you here?"

Adileo was one of the people that could get a rise out of him—especially after the most recent incident.

"I got bored.." Adileo said looking away as if he hadn't done anything wrong.

"You–" Cale wanted nothing more than to pack up this troublesome person and ship him away but at the end of the day he couldn't.

Cale cared about him too much.

— Human don't be mad at him! he just came to help us!

—Right Adileo?

"Right." It was a lie.

He was just bored.

Cale knew that things had been done—and no matter what he tried Adileo would not go back and he couldn't make him.

He was too weak.

So he took a moment as he went back to his normal state of mind—the Cale that gave misunderstandings all the time.

"From now on don't leave my side." He didn't want a repeat of the prior battle.

"Aye." Adileo had no choice but to agree.

— Great! Adileo is coming with us!

Cale though wasn't as happy as Raon—he felt it was both worrisome and troublesome but he would t think about it for now.

"Let's go."

Swooooooosh-

However, a red breeze that flew in from somewhere held Becrock’s body in the air.

It was Rosalyn’s magic. She started to speak to the person approaching him—with the addition of the other person.

“Young master Cale.”

“Miss Rosalyn.”

Rosalyn couldn't help but be curious about Adileo after hearing about him through Choi han—and a couple of others.

But now was not the time.

Rosalyn pointed to Becrock.

“He’s not dead. We should put mana restricting chains on him and pass him over to Sir Rex.”

Bud Illis was watching this from the other side of the screen. He looked in the direction Rosalyn was pointing before gulping as he observed Becrock.

‘It probably would have been better to have been killed.’

He would die soon enough.

She probably kept him alive so that she could hand the leader of the enemies to Sir Rex, Jack, Hannah, and Rei Stecker, the four people who would lead the future Mogoru.
