PERCY AND CARMEN were in new york heading into the building side by side till they made it to the front desk.
"Tour starts by the sign."
"We aren't here for the tour." Carmen said as Percy started to open his bag.
"We're here to see Zeus." Percy slammed the bolt onto the reception desk.
Carmen smiled, "We don't have an appointment." As the guard smiled at her smile.
They headed into the elevator. Carmen was nervous to face Zeus but she needed answers. She just really needed to speak to her mother. The elevator moved higher and higher.
"You better not die on me Ocean eyes." Carmen mumbled as the doors of the elevator started to open.
"You can't get rid of me that easy honeycomb."
"Honeycomb?"
"When the sun hits your eyes its like a pool of honey. Its hard to look away."
"Well, your eyes are like waves clashing in the sand. Its hard to breathe."
The beautiful building of Olympus was in front of them. With stone buildings, pillars. And much more. They both looked around in amazement admiring everything that surrounded them.
Percy, Luke, and Carmen were in the forest as Luke was putting Percy into the same kind of training he had put Carmen under when she was younger.
"The gods are all-powerful, but they have to play by the rules." Percy said making Luke nod yes. "And they create demigods so we can break the rules for them."
Carmen looked away uneasy. Sure that's was Luke taught her but she wasn't too sure that was really the meaning of creating a demigod.
"Yes!" Luke said hitting Percy's shoulder like he was proud.
"But if we can break the rules and they can't, shouldn't they be just as far of us as we are of them?"
Carmen smiled making Luke smile and turn to Percy who was confused. "What?"
Luke shook his head the smile still on his face, "Nothing. You're learning fast. But you have to be really careful with this."
