It's really painful, I'm lost, it hurts, can't you see.. just how much God has taken away from me.
Good things happen to good people, that's what they say.. so then why did he have to leave me that day.
I'm a good person, I love with all my heart.. which makes it all the more painful for us to be apart.
I'm angry, I'm sad, I'm happy; this changes from day to day.. and I still don't understand why he couldn't stay.
From every experience in life we learn something new.. I'm sorry; I just can't see the lesson in what I'm going through.
He was taken, I was cheated, and this I have to accept.. often it feels like a broken heart is the only thing I've kept.
You may not understand and that's totally fine.. because this journey isn't for you, unfortunately it's mine.
