There are roads to cross that are filled with uncertainty,
I know he'll be looking down saying what will be, will be,
The road through life is filled with turns, and left and rights,
Let go of the burdens and regrets, go forward and travel light.
Look back with memories that make you smile and even shed a tear,
But continue on your journey with strength and very little fear,
Those precious memories you have, can't be re-created,
And although you'll go through rough times, often they're fated,
Remember that when you smile someone is looking over you,
And when you cry, they're healing your pain too,
There are roads to cross that are filled with uncertainty,
