Not knowing which way to turn,
Which way is left or right,
Feeling so exhausted,
But unable to sleep at night.
Days, nights, weeks, months, they all roll into one,
And before you know it, your life is done.
You might have plans for later today,
Do those things now,
Don't let time slip away.
Live, love, and laugh out aloud,
Do things right,
Make yourself proud.
Smile often,
Embarrass your loved ones,
Because those memories,
Will be the best ones.
After all, what is it that you can take with you?
Nothing!
Do, and be, the best you can,
Stay loyal and true to you.
Because those days,
Nights,
Weeks,
Months...
All roll into one!
Before you know it, your life is done.
