Scar wasn't exactly sure why he took up this job, he hates ghosts. He's just a dude. Just a dude who looks just like Hotguy. The brown hair, the green eyes and his face in general might match. But dont be silly, he isn't Hotguy, that would be stupid. Hotguy isn't scared of anything, let alone ghosts. (the hotguy storyline will be continued later on :p)He wouldn't be starting here if it wasnt for his good friend Grian. He works for a ghost hunting agency and when Scar mentioned how he needed a new job, it was then suggested that he should come work with him. And by suggesting, I mean it was a joke that Scar actually considered.
He was immediately accepted, not many people want to believe in ghosts, let alone hunt them. So any new recruits were welcomed with very, very, very open arms. But of course, he would have to go though some training first. Ghost hunting is not for the light-hearted.
Right now, Grian was driving him to the training facility, a warehouse the group has searched before that they were sure had a nice ghost haunting it.
Scar didn't know who the other people were, only that there was two others. He wouldn't be meeting them until after the mission. Grian had informed him of that. But they would be talking with him over the radio during his training.
-----
The van pulled up infront of an old Warehouse building. It looked slightly run down, with the metal paneling slightly rusting and old wooden door frames rotting away in corners. Water damage was prominent, fungus growing out of the walls.
"Grian... is it... scary?..." Scars tone was obviously worried, this was quickly pick up on by Grian as he reassured him that it would all be fine, and that he had two amazing men speaking him through it the whole time.
"Right then. You will need some equipment," Grian began to hand him things, "A Flashlight, Sanity Medication, EMF reader, UV light, Thermometer, D.O.T.S, Video camera, Ghost book, Sprit box, your very own Journal, and lastly, your radio. All will be explained once you are in there."
Grian began to clip the radio securely to Scar person. This was all getting too real for Scar, questions were rolling out so fast it would seem his mouth was about to fall off. There wasn't even a pause for Grian to answer.
"scar... Scar... Scar!... SCAR! Calm down buddy, you'll do great" the blonde said with a reassuring smile.
No one noticed, it was just too dark, but a tint of pink arose on the brunettes cheeks at that smile. That smile that... Were getting off track.
And at last, Scar could enter. This wasn't a relief at all. He was terrified. It was all dark and the door had shut behind him.
-----
A voice could be heard though the radio, "First day, huh? Well, I've already got some jobs ready for you."
"Don't worry, we'll be helping you out as much as we can from this side." Said a new voice.
"We had better introduce ourselves, I'm Skizz." the second, more enthusiastic voice informed.
"And I'm Impulse" from the one who is not Skizz.
And so Skizz began, "Ok let's get started, shall we?"
"We shall. Ok Scar, Can you turn on your flashlight for us?"
Scar fumbled with the electronic stick of light for a second. (I wrote this sleep deprived... I'm keeping it) The rubber on/off button is surprisingly very hard to find in the dark. But yet, he found it and the room was now flooded with a dull light. The circle of light landing on a door straight ahead of him.
