Siblings Reunite

Jay's P.O.V:

The mermaid led us in the ocean right after we got our swim suits which was another problem. I was trying to grab my swimsuit with an oxygen tank when Cole grabbed my shoulder and turned me around.

"What was that?" He asked.

"What?" I asked, trying to act oblivious.

"You know what I mean. Do you have a little crush on the mermaid?" Cole asked.

"No--no, nothing like that. It's just that I want to see more mermaids and maybe we can find Kai's sister and just maybe you guys can find someone. You know I am only doing this for you guys," I said.

"Totally," Cole rolled his eyes.

We grabbed our swim suits and everyone wouldn't stop glaring at me. As if I did something wrong, I was only thinking about them. Well maybe not, but we don't talk about that.

After that we followed Nya in the ocean which seemed so much prettier than from atop. The colorful fishes were swimming everywhere. There was no litter, just a clean clear ocean.

"We are almost there," Nya said, turning around to look at us. She was swimming backwards!

"Is this safe?" Kai asked.

"It is, don't worry. Nothing will happen to guys, take my word," the mermaid said.

She led us to a little rock cave which had another mermaid in there. I think it was their secret lair. The other mermaid had an orange tail and long dark red hair.

"Nya, you are finally here!" The other mermaid said, swimming towards the mermaid that we know and hugging her,"I was getting scared that something happened to you."

"Nya?!" We all said in sync.

P.I.X.A.L's P.O.V:

I was pulled into a rock cave. Not our rock cave, but a rock cave. There a merman stared at me. I rolled my eyes, I was tired of mermen doing this to me! Especially this merman! I don't even know his name or who he is, but he stalks me and wants me to be his.

"Leave me alone!" I yelled.

"Nah, beautiful. I won't leave you until you marry me," the merman said.

"Well that will never happen, so back off!" I yelled.

He grabbed my wrists tightly and pushed me back towards the rock wall. My back ached! I winced and looked down. He was still grabbing onto my wrists and I needed to do something.

I noticed a large stick on the ground. That gave me an idea! I quickly bit onto the merman's hand and he let go of me. I grabbed the stick on the ground and started beating him up with it.

"Stop!!!" He yelled.

"Aeo kypwd, ziuti gi uzeli jehitih! Bpoqym jowxylf dei! Kuwx ejj!" I screamed at him in Mermish.

I just told him to leave me alone and I kind of cursed at him, too. Maybe I cursed a little too much. It's ok, he deserves it.

I quickly left the cave and swam away. There was a place I wanted to go. I wanted to go to our cave, but I also wanted to see my brother. So, I decided to swim towards his cave where he spends most of his time with his friends.

Once I got there, I saw Cryptor carrying a thing that humans call ropes. His friends stared at me as I entered.

"Hey, Pix," Cryptor said.

"Hi," I said, getting a little uncomfortable as all his friends had their eyes on me.

I think Cryptor understood that I was feeling uncomfortable, so he excused himself and came outside with me.

"What happened?" Cryptor asked.

I hugged him, trying to get comfort.

"Nothing," I said.

I didn't want to worry him. I let go of him after a few minutes and he put his hand in my hair and shook it.

"Hey," I said, laughing,"You just messed up my hair."

Cryptor laughed with me.

"It's not that messed up," he said.

"Sure," I rolled my eyes,"thanks."

"No problem," Cryptor said, then went back to his cave.

I didn't feel like going to our cave anymore because I didn't want to interact with anyone at this time, so I went to the palace. There I laid in my bed and read some myths about mermaids.

Nya's P.O.V:

"Yeah, that's my name. Sorry for not introducing myself," I said.

"Nya," Kai said.

"Yes?"

All the guys looked shocked. Skylor and I exchanged glances.

"Cde uhi pdia?(Who are they?)" Skylor asked.

I explained everything that had happened in Mermish and she looked shocked.

"What?" I said.

"Me aeo zyxi pdi fylfih?(Do you like the ginger?)" Skylor asked.

"Behp ej, di yb wopi.(Sort of, he is cute.)" I said.

Skylor laughed.

"Cdup uhi pdiyh lugib?(What are their names?)" Skylor asked.

"I don't know, I forgot to ask," I said.

"What are your names?" Skylor asked.

"I am Zane," said one of them and he proceeded to point at his friends and tell us their names.

"Nya," Kai said, coming at me and hugging me. He had tears in his eyes.

"Excuse me," I said.

"Sorry," he said, letting go of me.

"What do you want from her?" Skylor asked.

"It's a lot to explain," Kai said.

Skylor took a seat and said,"we have all day."

All of us sat in a circle in the cave as Kai started explaining.

"Years ago my mom, Maya, told me that she left her husband, Ray and daughter, Nya, for her dreams to become human and do human things. She loved both of them dearly, but also wanted to follow her dreams. She decided to keep me, her oldest child. Ever since I found out I have been trying to find my sister and dad," Kai said.

I stared at him, my face probably is blank right now. How does he know? Is he my brother? Kai is my brother. I have found my brother! Tears escaped my eyes as I hugged him tight.

"Kai! After years of searching, we finally found each other," I said.

"Yes," Kai said.

"I knew your sister was hot," Jay said.

I let go of Kai and I noticed that he was glaring at Jay. I snickered.

"Where is dad?" Kai asked.

"In the palace, but I can't take you guys there because Harumi won't allow you," I said.

"Can you bring him here?" Kai asked.

I nodded,"Just stay here with Skylor and I will go get him."
