Lelouch dies or is isekaid into Teyvat, thousands of years in the past as Rex Lapis/Morax.
Scenario 1) He dies during Zero Requiem(?) and is reborn as a dragon/adeptus/God(?). Goes through Morax history until modern day Teyvat gets connected to Earth via seven portals. 1 for each nation. To them, it's been 6 to 7 years since Lelouch's death. Morax plays dumb when they compare his appearance to a dead emperor or tyrant. He does tease them with hints about his true identity.
Scenario 2) He's isekaid to ancient Teyvat during the end of Britannia's invasion of Japan. Many other people are isekaid/reincarnated in modern Teyvat. 7 to 10 years after the invasion, the emperor begins the Ragnarök Connection. It didn't go how he hoped. Near each Thought Elevators (imagine there is no 8th in the South Pole) a portal formed. From 5 of them, an Archon (Anemo, Geo, Electro, Pyro and Cryo) stepped out and destroyed the Elevator nearest to them and its connection to C's World. The only 2 Elevators left were in Japan and the Homeland [Don't know if this should change and have Ei go Yashiro Island on Kamine Island and the Thought Elevator. (3/22/24)]. Ragnarök was forcibly canceled. Charles was killed or forced to step down after his attempt to 'rule the world' as the foreign nations described, summoned otherworldly God's to end his schemes.
This also revealed that many missing people from around a decade prior had been reborn and living in the other world. (Time difference)
Now the people wanted to return home. But some now had powers (visions) and negotiations between the 2 worlds started.
During this time, Morax is revealed to be the thought dead exiled 11th prince. He states he has no current ties to his former homeland. He has a new one he built.
Vision Hunt Decree is put on hold in preparation for Earth possibly trying to invade.
Isekaid people and their visions/status in Teyvat
Kaguya: Inazuma/ Shrine Maiden/ (?) Vision
Kallen: Inazuma/ Rebel/ Pyro Vision
Loyd: Sumeru/ Kshahrewar(?) Researcher/ Electro
Suzaku: Born in Inazuma but moved somewhere else before the borders were closed. maybe Mondstadt(?)/ Knights of Favonius(?)/ (?) Vision

Regardless of scenario 1 or 2, the countries of Earth would have the returners from Teyvat register that they've returned to Earth or the visitors from Teyvat register where there from (Both on Teyvat and on Earth), if they have a vision, and their status/profession on Teyvat.
A scenario based on Lelouch registering in the case of him being isekaid into Teyvat during the end of the invasion of Japan:
He will either register as Lelouch Lamperouge or as Lelouch vi Britannia. Can't see him hiding the Geo Archon/ God of Contracts status. Satellites or someone with a really good camera far away should have saw Lelouch remake Guyun Stone Forest in the desert of the Chinese Federation when he rained giant stone spears from the sky to destroy the Thought Elevator.
I see Ganyu(Love her) and Xiao following their Lord, to make sure he doesn't forget his wallet since he was warned not to 'make' money and ruin the economy. Also meet their Lords sister and help guard her.
In the case of him revealing himself as the former 11th Prince, a lot of Brittanian Pure Bloods and those harmed by Britannia wouldn't like and even be terrified of the thought of a Britannian becoming a God.
