Like Classroom of The Elite: The Big Three by RolyPlays, Koji meets Ai before enrollment and knocks her up. However, he doesn't know before he goes to ANHS in this scenario. Ai can't contact him there to let him know. Maybe he met Ai when Matsuo suggested he go out and maybe ask a girl out (Before he thought of ANHS). A few dates later, things get steamy before Matsuo brought up ANHS and Kiyo broke things off since they wouldn't see each other for 3 years. 

On graduation as Koji and his classmates are leaving ANHS, they see Ai (In a hat and sunglasses, just as op as Superman's glasses.) walking over with the twins and her managers next to a car behind them. She then introduces Koji to his kids. Shocking him and his classmates.

Would also be a dick move if Airi was waiting for the old Ayanokoji group at the gate and runs into her friend and fellow idol, Ai, at the gate. They both are surprised the other is there waiting for someone. Airi is heartbroken when Ai introduces Koji to his kids. Same with Ayanokoji's tool harem who were going to ask Ayanokoji for his contact details out of ANHS.

Also, the possibility of Koji seeing the kids and immediately concluding they're his and picks one of them up under their arms to look them in the eyes and then asks Ai, while still looking the kid he's holding under the arms in the eyes, if they are his.

At everyone's shock at him instantly concluding (Assuming for the ANHS students) that the kids are Ai's and his. He points out their similarities to Ai (Eye, get it? ...I'll stop now.) and their estimated age matches up with when they were dating and intimate. It's also a logical reason why an ex-girlfriend would show up with kids after 3-4 years of no contact.
