The family informed me that they already found the hunter and the 'potential' as it were. The potential being Matt Donovan.

However, they ran into issue since the current hunter wouldn't cooperate. "I wonder if I could like compel him but with magic." I suggested one day and now I can't get it out of my head, but they wouldn't allow me to do anything.

I knew that something bad was going to happen, so I took matters into my own hands. The hunter was chained in an empty room and unconscious.

"Phasmatos tribum sequere meum verbum. Voluntatem attedite meum verbum."

I repeat the spell three times. The hunters eyes shoot open, his pupil so diluted it completely covered the eye. "Okay this is kinda creepy...is your mark filled in?"

"No." he replied in a daze.

"Do you know what I did do you?"

"No."

The spell seemed to be working. "You are going to help me kill Silas."

Ten newly turned vampire stood in the room with the hunter. He looked like a dazed zombie. "Kill them." I commanded.

The vampires were no more in less than 5 minutes. He screamed in pain while the tattoo appeared on his arm. "Bingo. Now chain yourself up again." I watched with intrigue as he followed my command.

"Finite."

With the spell cancelled his eyes returned back to their usual brown. He struggled against the restraints with wide eyes. "Who the hell are you?"

"No one." I replied and took picture of the tattoo. "Will you stand still damn?" With enough pictures taken I left the room only to be intercepted by Niklaus.

"Now what have you been up to?"

I scoff. "Doing your job for you." I pat his cheek. "You're welcome." I walked out the room. With the day spent doing magic I felt tired, not even making it to my room for a quick nap. The couch in the parlour was nearer so I made myself comfortable and fell into a deep sleep for the first time in months.

"Do you think she'll become dehydrated with all that saliva she's excreting?"

"Honestly why does your mind come up with this nonsense?"

"Both of you be quiet I think she is waking up."

My eyes opened slowly; the world blurred together before I saw three figures to close to my face. Blinking some of the sleep out of my eyes they come into focus. "What the ever-living fuck are you doing?" I groaned at Rebekah, Kol, and Bonnie.

"Have you ever heard of personal space?"

"Well, you passed out in the parlour and started mumbling in your sleep an hour ago so we thought we'd check up on you?" Kol shrugged and left the room.

"Ignore him, I think he's just...salty? Is that the right word?" Rebekah questioned.

"About what?"

"The spell you did on the hunter." Bonnie answered with a raised brow. "A compulsion spell? Seriously?! How does that make you any better than Damon?"

I flinched at her words. "Bonnie I am so not discussing this with you right now. But you should know that I will do whatever it takes to keep my family safe." Her jaw tensed. I pulled her chin towards me. "I hope you know that includes you as well."

She doesn't reply and walks out as well, probably to talk to Kol. I noticed she did that a lot, when she was frustrated with me she would seek out a sibling and just vent a bit. They knew me better than anyone else and could at least provide some insight to my actions.

"Well, I for one thank you for your service Ivy. We're one step closer to ending this."

I looked to my sister and saw that deep desire to be human again. "It won't make you wishes come to Bex. Not the way you think it will, that I can promise you." I got up and checked the time realizing I slept through the night and woke up the next morning. "Now we have work to do."

With the tattoo visible all that was required was the sword. Of which only Rebekah knew the location. She was being uncharacteristically helpful and gave Nik the location with too much fuss. He was on a plane within the hour.

That's when the shit hit the fan.

Apparently, the mystery gang found out about the cure and kidnapped the hunter.

"How did they even know about the five?" Finn asked.

I pondered his question and for a moment I thought Rebekah might be responsible for the leak. Once the though entered my mind I couldn't seem to let go of it.

Rebekah didn't seem or even look guilty, so I decided to ask her head on if she knew anything about it? "Bex do you know anything about this?"

Finn and Elijah looked as if they were about to defend our sister but she beat them to it. "Of course not!" she shouted in outrage and ran out the room.

My brothers gave me questioning looks to which I could only shrug. "Hey I had to ask." But they seemed to be annoyed and angry that I even asked. So Finn and Elijah swiftly left the room in search for Rebekah.

Later I found myself at the Salvatore boarding house. No humans lived her and so I made myself comfortable until the residents arrived. My glass of bourbon was almost empty when Damon arrived and snatched it out of my hand. "Hello to you to."

"What are you doing here?" the contempt clear in his voice.

"Hey, you broke into my house first."

He looked confused. "I don't know what you're talking about but I have enough problems of my own."

"Damon, you broke into my house and take the hunter."

This time he's back straightened. "That wasn't me." A knowing look in his eyes and he drank the last bit of bourbon in the glass. "But I think I know who did it."

"
