"Chodooo~" Arohi wriggled, attempting to break free from their tight grip. With a hard push, she managed to create some distance between them.
"Idhar aa tu," her inner warrior provoked. She tied her shawl to the side and called them over.
"Le kha!" she shouted, landing a swift blow to one of the guys' eyes.
"Tu bhi aa," she pulled another by his hair and delivered a hard slap to his cheek, but her strength didn't get a chance to fully manifest. Her actions only fueled the insecurity of the boys. Gritting their teeth, one of them approached her and harshly grabbed her hair.
"Aah, zyada uddh mat, ladki hai tu samjhi," he sneered, dragging her and pushing her onto the car bonnet.
She thought it was the end, looking around helplessly as the bulky guys surrounded her, their eyes filled with lust.
"Jane do," she mumbled, feeling resigned to her fate.
"Aah, Jaane man," he leaned in to kiss her, but Arohi turned her head, avoiding their touch.
As Arohi resigned herself to what she thought was inevitable death, a loud bang caught everyone's attention.
The gang turned around, spotting a man standing at a distance, holding what looked like a chain in his hand. His silhouette was highlighted under the flashy car headlights.
He swiftly pulled the chain, a devilish smirk on his face as the streetlights flickered. Each of them wore the same expression: a scowl.
"Kaun hai beh tu?" one of them yelled, narrowing his eyes.
Ayan chuckled and took a step towards them. Seeing his well-toned body that seemed capable of kicking anyone a mile away, the guy stood still.
"Oh, toh tu hero hai, jo is heroin ko bachane aaya hai?" Ayan rolled his eyes at the remark.
"Main hero nahi, villain hu aur yeh-" he pointed at Arohi, who stood tiny behind them, sobbing. He rolled his eyes "-yeh meri heroin nahi, samjhe," he said and walked towards them.
"Bas mujhe meri area mein kutte ka bhokna pasand nahi," with that said, Ayan landed a hard punch with his iron fist. The man's face deformed for a moment before he dropped to the ground.
He turned around and did the same to another guy. None of them could stand up to Ayan's strength.
The chain in his hand was enough to push anyone away.
"Ruk, tujhe toh main-" one of the fragile guys tried to search for a weapon around, but Ayan stood chill, knowing he was the main villain.
"Yeh dekh, mere paas chaku hai. Mar dhoonga iss ladki ko," Arohi was now at the point of a knife. Ayan looked at her, and she looked back helplessly, expecting him to maybe plead. Ayan burst into laughter, holding his knee. Arohi frowned, realizing she was going to die anyways.
"How did I think he would save me?" she thought. In a matter of seconds, his expressions turned dark.
"Tum iss ladki ko maaro, kuch bhi karo mujhe kya, I don't give a fuck, get that clear," he stated firmly. The guys looked at each other, then at Arohi, who sobbed.
"Uahahhh~" whining like a child, she made everyone look at her. With hands on his waist, Ayan looked at the drama queen.
"Kya hai?" the guys asked. Arohi looked at him.
"Aaj kaisa manhus din hai, yeh hooo kya ho raha hai," she held her head and shook it from side to side.
"Tum chup karo," Arohi shut up when Ayan yelled.
