The man in the suit approached the building that the crazy telepath wanted to close down and studied the life signs inside. One human female, two males and three from his world but the building seemed to be protected in some way, probably by one of the three and he couldn't understand why. There were only six police officers in this department and he thought that if he didn't bother them, then they wouldn't bother him, and he would be left alone in his scheme of things that he wanted to achieve. They were too small a force to make a dent in his world and there was no one here he should be worried about.

He had financed the telepath with the development of this poison which was also useful for him in eliminating some of his obstacles disguised as burglaries, but now he didn't need him and had withdrawn his support. Coming here was just curiosity, and he stared at the upstairs windows, watching a man drinking tea, one of the specials but he was weak and was not considered  a threat.

A cold shiver ran down his back and he began to sense a massive build up of power, but he didn't think that was possible until he saw the sky gradually darken while the humans walked past him unconcerned, just assuming that rain was coming. He knew better but had to wait and see if his instincts were correct.

He watched as the windows darkened, blocking his internal view of the office and shielding the building from attack, as the flashes of lightning lit up the sky outside while the ground shook with thunder. He knew that his greatest threat was on his way but couldn't move until he'd seen him personally, and didn't have long to wait as the clouds inside the room parted, just enough to show his image and no more. The man in the suit could tell that Black Robe was not alone by the amount of power that was being emitted from the building, the guards were also here, and he felt the immense surge of dark energy as he saw the guandao appear in Black Robe's hand and strike once.

The suited man had seen enough, he was not going to cross paths with anyone in this building, maybe in the future that decision might change, but for now he wanted to stay under Black Robe's radar. The fool of a telepath had no idea who he was dealing with and he instantly cut his ties with the psycho, and walked away.

All Wei's instincts were telling him that this man was dangerous, even though he had never previously met him. He didn't know where he came from, but for him to remain invisible for that amount of time took a great deal of energy, and he was relieved to see him walk away. He waited until all the guards had left before he allowed Ying to help him because he refused to show his weakness in front of them. The guandao was more than a symbol of power today, it was the only thing helping Wei to stand as he faced this unknown threat.

Ying knew how weak Black Robe was and wanted to take him back to his home as quickly as possible and as soon as they arrived, his legs gave way but was saved by Ying's quick thinking when he materialised beside a sofa for Wei to sit on.

"Thank you Ying, Chu thinks that the weakness is an after effect from the poisons and will go away on its own through time. Yunlan has suggested to me that the spirit is trying to force me to rest, after everything that I've been through recently. I won't show this weakness to the rest of the guards, but I would like your opinion Ying, do you have any thoughts?"
