Every Arkadian was screaming, shouting, confused on why they were being thrown out of their bunker rooms.

Jaycee was standing there, with Nova and Bellamy by her side. Nova was kind of nervous because everyone was screaming. She just held on to Jaycee's hand and it was calming her down.

Bellamy was looking at the rest of the people. Jaycee heard one of the Arkadian's speak to Jaha.

"Jaha! What's happening?" Everyone was scared and Jaycee didn't blame them. She would be scared too if she didn't know what was going on.

Jaha looked at the group of leaders. "Three of four hundred of these people are going to die tonight, you still think you made the right choice?"

Jaycee felt guilty, she doesn't want anyone to die.

Jaycee left Nova with Niylah to talk to Abby, and Kane with Clarke, Bellamy and Jaha. Nova didn't want to leave her side but she said she would be right back. She promised her.

Bellamy, Jaycee, Clarke, and Jaha walk in the room.

"We just spoke with Raven. When she gets here, we'll have all our essential personnel." Kane said to the other people in the room.

Clarke nodded, "How many spots does that leave us with?"

Abby looked at her daughter, "Including the essential personnel and the places that we're holding for the children under 16, that leaves us with 80." Jaha looked at her in disbelief.

"80?" Clarke asked. Abby nodded.

"I can't believe we are talking about sending 364 of our own people! To their deaths." Jaha hated the fact that they had to do this.

Jay looked at him and rolled her eyes. "We're lucky they're giving us any space in this bunker at all,"

Kane agreed with her, "Look. I don't like this anymore than you do-" He was cut off.

"Then lets fight!" Jaha practically shouted out.

"No. Any sort of resistance will cost us all our lives. Our best course of action is to hold a lotter for the remaining spots." Kane told the man.

"It's not going to work, Marcus," Jaha told him.

"It was your idea," Kane reminded him.

"That was for the chance to survive." Jaha said.

"And how is this any different?" Abby asked the man.

Jaha looked at her, "Until 20 minutes ago, our people believed they were safe, they let down their guard, they picked their bunks, they unpacked their bags. They imagined their futures! You try to rip that from them now, and, believe me, they will fight."

Kane looked at him, "No one said it's going to be easy, but we need to make the people listen to reason."

"Someone still needs to get Raven, I'd like to volunteer," Bellamy told the adults.

"I do too," Jay spoke.

Bellamy looked at her, "I'm not taking no for an answer," Jay simply answered.

"And I'll join you" Clarke said.

"No. Someone else can go with them," Abby told her.

"Mom, look Raven needs our help, I know the way to the Island. I need to do this," Clarke said to her mom.

"Well, you be safe. There'll be a place for the three of you when you get back." Kane looked at them but mostly at Jaycee.

"I'll meet you in the airlock." Abby said.
