Here Jaycee was, laying against a rock, holding her side to prevent her from bleeding more. She really thought that she was going to die, she didn't want to, she wanted to live, to live for her mother, for Wells, Charlotte, Lincoln, Lily, for her brother most of all. She wanted to prove that they weren't the reason for the wars happening. Right now, she was so wrong.
As she was thinking about everything, she felt a presence by her side, she looked to her right and saw Bellamy. "Hey, you're going to be okay, I promise," Bellamy told the woman.
Jaycee was breathing pretty heavily. She just nodded her head.
Jaycee then looked to her left, she saw a passed-out Gaia and Indra who was upset.
"What- what happened?" Jaycee asked.
"Gaia was hit, we can't move her without her bleeding out." Bellamy responded to her question.
Bellamy looked to Indra and his sister, "Okay. Even if we stop the bleeding, we'll never make it carrying her." Bellamy told them.
Indra just looked at them, not caring about any of that. "Save yourselves. I'm not leaving my daughter," She stated.
"Indra's right. They'll come back for us," Octavia said to them.
Jaycee was just sitting against the rock, she felt like she was gonna pass out.
Gaia's voice was heard, "Why are you doing this?" She whispered but Octavia still heard her, "A week ago, you threw us in the pit," Gaia reminded her.
Octavia looked at her, "A week ago, you were a traitor. Next week, you may be again." Octavia said softly. "Right now, you're Wonkru,"
Bellamy looked at Jaycee who had her eyes closed, he then looked at Indra and Gaia, "She thinks when Wonkru comes back, you'll tell the followers of the flame to follow her back through this gorge." Bellamy told them his sister's plan.
"If they don't, everybody dies," Octavia snapped.
Jaycee woke up again, "Bell..."
"Hey, I'm right here, I'm not leaving you, not again," Bellamy told her.
She didn't care about herself, she only cared about Nova, "H-Have you s-seen No-Nova?" She asked him.
Bellamy looked into her soft eyes, he shook his head, "No," Jaycee looked down, she was going to start sobbing until Bellamy put both his hands on each side of her face, "Hey- Hey, I'm sure she's fine, she's a strong kid,"
Jaycee nodded her head as Bellamy placed a kiss on her forehead. She then started to realize something.
"Bell-" She tried to speak but she felt like she was going to break down.
"Hey- What's wrong?" He asked worriedly.
"I can't- I can't feel my leg," She grabbed onto her left side of her leg. The same side where she was hit.
Bellamy looked at her, he then checked her wound, "Hey, it's probably shock, alright, you're just in shock." He told the girl, not trying to worry her.
"It- It's like when- Murphy- s-shot me- all over again- Bellamy- I'm s-scared..." She sobbed at each word.
"Hey, look at me, your mind is playing tricks on you, alright? You're just afraid right now. Afraid that you are going to end up the same way back at the dropship, you need to take deep breaths, and you need to focus on my voice, can you do that?" Bellamy asked the scared girl.
Jaycee nodded, "Y-yeah, I-I can do that," She said.
"Good." Bellamy said to her.
After a while, Jaycee was able to calm down with the help of Bellamy of course, she was then listening to Gaia and Indra's conversation that was in Trig.
