Three Months Later...

"Bye Tiana!" Jalen yelled as I was grabbing my things, The whole team followed after him saying goodbye to me I laughed

"Bye y'all" I waved to them leaving out of the Athletics room

It's been a while three months and my life was completely different, I started my new job I was making mad money

Enough for me to live comfortably and I was real close to moving into my new condo

I have been searching and searching for a new place and I finally found one, I've signed the papers and everything now I was just waiting for the day that I got my keys so I could officially move in

Everything was going great right now my life was at peace finally, I avoid Caine at all cost due to our last conversation that wasn't really a conversation

I've never seen Caine in that state before and after that I never wanted to see him again and I was doing a pretty good job at that

Although I did miss Riley, a lot she was my mini me but Caine was very serious about keeping her away from me which I understood

I wouldn't want her getting confused, it just sucked.

I got into my car sighing today was a long day, it was recovery week so the whole team had to go through their recovery routines before their next game which was next week

This job was something I always wanted to do since high school, In high school I was the team's manager

This was something I was passionate about and over this time I've been broken up with Caine it has helped me to realize that I shouldn't have ever given up my passion for his happiness

"Hellooo" I answered my ringing phone "Hey bestie, I just wanted to give you a heads up Ty is here"

"Oh okay what y'all doing?" I asked as I began merging onto the freeway "Watching movies"

"Okay I should be home in about 15 mins, y'all want anything while I'm out?"

"Ummm, Ty you want anything while T is out?" I heard Trin ask "He said no"

I drove like a straight nigga and It wasn't nobody but my daddy's fault

After about 13 mins I finally pulled up to the block driving quickly down the street I pulled into Trinity's driveway

I got out the car grabbing my bags then closing the back door as I looked to my left I seen Caine standing on the corner as usual talking with his friends

I rolled my eyes this man was doing the same shit not going anywhere with his life it was honestly unattractive at this point, Caine made eye contact with me I shook my head locking my car and walking into Trinity's house
