"She is knocked out" I laughed low as I turned around in my seat seeing a tired out Riley with ice cream running down her chin

"Yeah she's gonna be gone for the rest of the night, well after she gets her bath" Caine chuckled, I grabbed a napkin wiping the excess ice cream off her chin

After a long day of Riley playing at the park we ended the day with some dinner and ice cream as desert per Riley request

"You good?" Caine looked over to me as he drove with one hand and the other resting on the gear shift I nodded "Yeah, you?"

Caine nodded and silence took over in the car after 5 minutes we pulled up to my condo, I opened the door "Thank you" I smiled Caine nodded looking back at Riley

"Thank you for coming"

I smiled "Anytime especially for my pumpkin"I closed the door opening the back door, Caine also got out the car

I kissed Riley cheek she stirred in her sleep, I backed away closing the door softly

Caine was leaned against the car next to me "Uh thank you for today and paying"

"The pleasure is always mine" He looked into my eyes, my stomach immediately erupting with butterflies I broke the eye contact looking else where

"I'll see you later?" I asked beginning to walk not waiting around for any answer "Hold up" Caine grabbed my wrist pulling me back to him, I ended up in front of him so close that I was damn near leaning on him

I looked up at him "Can I take you out for some dinner?" He worded the best way he possibly could, his nerves were on ten but Tiana couldn't tell

I smiled looking down "Caine" I started "I understand if you say no ma"

"I just" I stopped sighing "We just need to take things slow Caine" I looked at him with furrowed eyebrows

Caine smoothed out my eyebrows causing me to laugh "And I agree with you mama" Caine lifted my chin up forcing me to look in his eyes

"Slow" He repeated my words looking from my eyes to my lips, He licked his lips looking back to my eyes "Yes Caine, slow" I snatched my chin away from his hand playfully rolling my eyes, he smirked

"Aight ma slow" He lifted his hands

"Okay bye now" I chuckled turning around "Bye T" Caine stood walking back to the driver seat getting in his car, I walked into my house closing the door behind me

I heard Caine pull off, I locked the door sighing leaning against the wall a small smile gracing my face

"Wassup Cuh" I dapped up Ty as he walked into the store "Wassup bro, what's goin on with you?" He asked me sitting in a chair as I continued to work on a order

"Shit, not shit just work and babygirl" I focused on the grills I was customizing "Type shit, and yo girl?"

I frowned looking up at him "Y'all niggas still not together?" Ty looked at me with a straight face "No nigga we haven't even been on a date yet, she's been busy with work and shit" I waved my hand, Ty laughed

"How busy to where she can't make time for a two hour date?" I stopped working on the grills looking at Ty

"I don't know bro I don't question shit, it's not my place to" I shrugged walking around the counter sitting next to him
