I will go down there and have a look I'm so curious now I just walked in to my room sitting down on my bed just finishinf reading my book bc what else should I do here I was full on in my book when I heard talking outside I stood up looking out my window seeing my parents in there horse carriage about to leave I heart them drive away waiting a few min not to seem to obvious I walked down the stairs seeing nobody so I made my way down in the dark seeing a guard "what are you doing down here prince colby" you wait outside the door I want to play a little and you hear nothing understand " yes prince" he walked out closing the door I walked to the door opening it taking the candle from the wall walking in "seeing him knee in front of me" prince" he whispered "please stand up" he did and I saw he was a boy around my age with blond hair shorter his clothes was dirty and ripped and he had bright blue eyes"let's go over"I said walking in the corner he looked up at me scared and was shaking"what is your name"sam"how old are you sam" im 16 "making me so angry that my father really let's to rot people his age here it's disgusting"okay and what did you do or apparently do" he looked down" anwser me I said a bit louder making him jump "I - I - I was living on the grounds of your family bc I have nowhere to go and I was searching for food when the guards got me"he whispered "where are your parents" I'm an orphan your majesty " now feeling really bad but also what am I suppose to do now" thank you for talking to me I will bring you your food in a few hours " I said walking out closing his door knocking on the door for the guard he opens looking at me I just smirked to pretend I did something to cover up"you saw and heard nothing understand "of course prince colby" I walked up and down the hall to the kitchen walking in the door "prince colby what are you doing here" the maid said the others bend down "no I just wanted to let you all know that I bring the food down to the boy today and give that poor boy some fruit or something on top" but prince your father told us " ah ah did I say I wanted your opinions" I looked at them with raist brows " no sir" good and when anyone of you tell the king you end up where this boy is to we understand us they nodded "now have a little bit heart he is only 16 with no parents and if one of you turn on me you will meet me" I said walking to the door I'm here at 6:30 "I tell them walking out damn colby I guess you could be a good king off course I know I have to punish people and fight and stuff but come on now for sleeping somewhere and just searching food that's pretty unfair to me" I walked back up to my room thinking about what to do I definitely can't just let him out or something they will shoot him or it gets me in massiv trouble bit he looked so innocent small and dirty this guy lost his fam and lands in a dungeon I walked to my dresser looking for anything that could maybe fit him he has to be freezing in the way back I saw a box remembering that was the clothes I can't fit in anymore so I took it and looked through it founding a hoodie and some pants I placed it on my bad walking to my mini dresser taking out a fluffy blanket placing that on my bed as well im fully aware I shouldn't be doing that and I will not for anybody else I mean my father had so many people in there over the years and I dident care but come in now a 16 year old he sleeps outside with no food and parents just bc he was on our land, to be on the land is bad yes but to look away and starve to dead,no and yes I know I can't help every person who is hungry or something but he is here now already and I will definitely bc a more " modern" king who doesent lock people away for 20 years for ripping out Gras or something im aware of when I let anything go they will walk over me yes but I will punish thinks for what the crime is,I folted everything to put under my clothes putting on a very baggy hoddie later I set back down on my bed just ready my book again to pass the time after a longggggggg hour I got up putting on my hoddie and put the stuff in my pants a bit pulling the hoodie on top i go to my little dresser getting out 2 gold coins putting it in my pocket walking out of my room and down the stairs and along the hall to the kitchen where I see 2 maids and the what I assume Sam's plate with breat some fruit and even some left over meat "hello prince colby" they bent over " I looked at them" thank you" they smiled at me making me happy "go get yourself something good to eat if my father ask I ate it it's my thank you for your hard work" thank you prince " they all said no worries but remembered if I hear something about that I pointed to the food" from my father it's coming from you so you all better not betrayal me " they nodded I slowly walked out looking around if I see someone rushing around the corner and down in the darkness it was so dark and cold it's horrible I came to the door seeing the guard again he opend his mouth to say something" here that should be a lottt for you you dident see or heard anything alright " I dident saw a single think prince" im glad we understood us " he walked out the room closing the door standing in front I took the candle again opening his door" prince colby " he knees down again" you can stand up " he nodded" here I made sure you had more I walked in the way back again "thank you so much prince" and here I pulled out the pants shirt and blanked " please chance it must be horrible and cold with this clothes" omg thank you why are you no nice to me prince colby " idk it's not fair to me that you are here for what you did but you have to promise me to hide that blanket it will show that I gave you stuff and then I can't come here anymore" yes prince I promise " I nodded" can we sit down for a moment " of course prince it's your castle" sooo how long do you lived outside " about 1,5 years" he whispered you lived alone at 14 that's so terrible and how are you feeling besides the obvious here " just weak, hungry and cold and" and what I ask "mostly alone and scared bc first I lost anything lived on the street and now I'm here and don't know what will happen bc I'm pretty sure I'm not here for 3 days and then he let's me go that's probably not how this works" he looked down " but did he ask you what you where doing" yes prince he did and I told him the same as you but he said that he heard that lie before that everyone makes up these stories to pull his head out of the water and ironically I understand that but mine is really true I lived about 10-15 min from here " say was that your place by the water and a little bridge" he looked at me how do you know " bc I was walking outside today and saw this but dident know who's that was" I'm really sorry for staying at the castle grounds but I dident know where to go and I swear I dident damaged anything or stole " I believe you sam but you know my father has the saying here until my birthday in 4 mouth" I know prince colby it's not your fault at all its mine I knew better and if I have to die here then my suffer is at least over it's not a live anyway I just hope he doesn't do something that hurts when then quick "hey don't talk like that I don't let him kill you I think about something to do and talk to him but you have to promise me that
