Koa

I was sitting in English class, wishing that this day was over already. I zoned out for half of the period not bothering to write the notes down that's on the board.

I almost snicker as I watch Amy fall asleep. After a few minutes the bell rang and I shot out of my seat ready to get out of this hellhole.

"Let's go I want to go home." I whined as I watch as Amy pack her stuff away so fucking slowly.

"Let's go." I speed walk out of the classroom down the hall to my locker, ready to just pack a few books away and to go home.

"Fuck wait!" I heard Amy yell behind me. She panted as she came to a stop next to me and I snorted.

"You act like a real grandma."

"Fuck you!" I chuckled and opened my locker about to put my books in when a white envelope caught my attention. I frowned and picked it up and see nothing written on it.

"What's that." I shrugged.

"I don't know, I have to open it." I quickly put the envelope in my backpack and put my books away and shut my locker.

"Let's go." Me and Amy walked down the hall to the entrance but as we got out in the parking lot, I see all the students whispering about something.

I frown and looked in the direction everybody's looking at. And there stood the familiar Porsche with  Darciana leaning against her car.

"Wait isn't that Darciana." I heard Amy said as she slapped my arm repeatedly.

"Yes, that's her." I mumble as I watch her smoking a cigarette. She looks around the parking lot and that's when she sees me. She smirked and motioned for me to come to her.

"I guess I'll see you tomorrow." I hugged Amy goodbye and walked towards Darciana. As I walk towards her her eyes roamed my body as she checked me out. I blushed as I caught her staring.

"Hi, what are you doing here?" I asked her once I'm in front of her.

"I came to pick you up." She threw the cigarette on the floor and stepped on it with her heel.

"Why?" I asked her confused.

"To hangout with me at my house." She responded and shrugged.

"Do you have your bike here?" She questioned and I shook my head.

"No, Amy picked me up this morning." She nodded and motioned for me to climb into the car.

I opened the passenger door and climbed in. After I buckled in I leaned against the seat and watched as Darciana started the car.

"So what are we going to do?" I asked her as she took a left turn.

"Watch some movies I guess." I nodded and looked out the window as all the cars pass by.

After a few minutes she parked in front of the familiar white gate and pressed the code in.

"Is your parents home." She shook her head.

"No, their on a business trip for at least a month." She responded dryly.

"And Ezra?"

"He's home, probably busy working on a new project." I nodded and climbed out.

"I'm sorry for not being at Zane's funeral." I apologised since I didn't have the energy to attend his funeral.

"It's fine Koa, don't worry about it." She waved me off.

She went to the kitchen and grabbed us a few snacks and drinks before I followed her upstairs to her room. She opens a white door and walked in. Darciana's room is nothing like Zane's room.

Her walls were a light grey colour, her cover's white. She also has her own private bathroom and walk-in closet and a balcony. She has a couch in the corner of her room with a coffee table and with a huge flat screen TV attached to the wall.

"Make yourself comfortable." She motioned to the bed as she put the snacks down.

I put my backpack down when I remembered the envelope I found in my locker.

"Wait!, before we pick a movie, I found a envelope in my locker." Darciana frown and nodded.

I opened my backpack and grabbed the envelope and sat on her bed. She sat next to me as I opened the envelope.

With shaky hands I rip the envelope open and took the letter out and opened it.

All the colour on my face drains and my heart started to pound against my rip cage, but not because of what the letter says it's because this letter is written in blood. The blood is already dry but I can see it's not written in a red pen or marker it's definitely blood.

"Koa what the fuck!" I heard Darciana's voice but it was muffled as I started to get dizzy.

"Koa!"

"KOA!" I heard Darciana scream before everything went black.
