7.2. Old School

The team hurried to where Sebastian was hiding, and they now relied on Tom and Alex to guide them through the building.

"Ok, I've triangulated the position of Sebastian's phone. He is still hiding in the boiler room, but KORPS are closing in." Tom informed the team.

"We have a plan of the building we can guide you through." Alex told her team as she watched their tracker dots move across the screen.

"The place is overrun we need help not guidance." Aneisha hurriedly yelled through her earpiece.

"Sharp left guys. Tom is trying to trap the KORPS agents using security doors." Alex watches as her team goes through the doors and gives a nod to Tom to shut the doors.

"Done it. I've cleared the way to the next level." Tom says to himself.

"Excellent work guys" Frank says as he pats Tom on the back. Tom looks up at Frank and gives him a smile feeling proud of himself. Alex's smile dropped from her face when she saw the amount of KORPS agents that were in the building.

"Guys keep running. The KORPS agents are getting dangerously close to you".

"They must have sent everything they've got down here." Dan shouts through his earpiece. The team back at base could hear how worn out he was getting.

"I'm getting tired of running." Aneisha shouts. Aneisha and Dan continued to run ahead of Zoe, but they came to a sudden stop when they heard the sound of a door being shut. They turned back to see that Zoe was not there with them.

"Zoe! Zoe?" Aneisha shouts.

"Tom, you've locked her in with an army of KORPS agents." Dan snapped at Tom while banging on the door.

"Sorry, sorry, sorry hang on." Tom says while quickly trying to fix his mistake.

"She won't last five seconds."

"She's going to get pulverised."

"Give him time Dan. Zoe will be fine, you know how she is" Alex says sticking up for Tom and reminded Dan of Zoe's fighting abilities.

"Hold on Zoe"

"Almost there" Tom told the group. Less than a second later the door opened and there was a moment of silence.

"Zoe?" Dan questions.

"What" The team heard Zoe say. Alex just smiled

"Told you so"

"Guys Sebastian is still in the boiler room. You need to get there fast." Tom reminded the field agents.

"Come on." The communication line ended, and Frank, Tom and Alex continued to watch the trackers move on the screens. Suddenly Stella's face appeared up on the hologram. Alex didn't even acknowledge that Stella was their until Frank said her name.

"Stella" Frank says as he walked away from Alex's and Toms desk to stand in front of the hologram.

"Frank, I have another priority mission for you and your team".

"I'm just glad to hear we are no longer on the scrapheap." Frank replied with a hint of sarcasm.

"Yes, well owing to a turn of events that I'm struggling to understand the acting prime minister is now at St Hearts. There's a report of an assassination play by the new shadow master. The PM is completely unprotected. You have to get their as quickly as you can." Stella said getting straight to the point.

"Understood" With that stella's face disappeared as she ended the call. Frank turned to face Tom and Alex.

"Tom, Alex gets the team and Sebastian and the molecular accelerator back here safely they want all of you upstairs with me protecting the prime minister".
