"I just confessed to you and your leaving?"

The next morning Lily woke up to Sarah out, JohnB and Lily talked and when Sarah came back she was crying. Lily found a charger and when she turned her phone on she got a message from a random number. She opened the message to see maybe:Rafe. He texted her making sure she was safe, when he kissed her she didn't know how to feel, one part of her told her to see him but another part was that he wasn't good for her. She told him that she couldn't text him anymore and that she was safe and left it at that.

The police came by, they knocked on the door a couple of times before smashing it open. By that time the three already were out of the house. They grabbed paddle boards and went into the water. "Where are you going, it's this way?" Lily says looking at JohnB, "I got to go back to the Chateau. The gold from Crains house. It's at the Chateau." he replies back, "It's to risky. You'll get caught." Sarah says, "Then I get caught, just please go to the boat dock in an hour. Lily is coming with me." he reassures her, "I'm going with yall then." she shakes her head. "You're not." he says.

"Sarah, we'll meet you at the boat dock in a hour. I need you to trust me." Lily says, Sarah looks at her then nods. They arrive at the Chateau and see Shoupe there, they hide and hear him talking about the gold. "Shit, they have it." Lily says before running to the car. JohnB follows her and gets into the driver seat, Lily checks in the compartment and sees the gold.

JohnB grabs the radio and Lily looks up at him confused, "The car won't start without him being close, Shoupe you there buddy? I think you know who it is." he says, Shoupe walks out and they both put their hands up. "We just want to talk, don't shoot." Lily says. "Calm down. Keep your hands where I can see them."

"Get your hands off your gun." Lily says, they release their hands from the guns and walk slowly to the car. "All right. So, we're going to talk right?" Shoupe says and they nod. He gets close enough for JohnB to push the button, JB drives off and Lily laughs. They arrive at the boat dock, Lily gets off and runs to JJ.

"Scared me, but i'm glad to see you again." JJ says hugging her tight, they pull back and smile at each other. "Where's Sarah?" JB asks looking at them all, "She's not with you?" Kie asks, "No we got separated in the swamp." Lily says confused. "We haven't seen her?" Pope says shaking his head. "We're not leaving without her." JB says getting worried.

"You have no time to waste. You need to leave now." Pope says and JB nods. They give each other one last hug, Lily giving JJ the biggest. "I love you." the blond hair girl says, "I love you to." he says back giving her a kiss on the forehead.

They leave driving towards the docks, the forecast said the storm was coming in fast. From a distance Lily sees Sarah, "John B!" Sarah yells waving her hands, he pulls the boat over. "Why is Rafe here?" JB says looking at Sarah, "He followed me here, wanting to talk to Lily." Sarah says, "I'll be quick."

She walks onto the dock and he smiles as she walks up to him, "I told you i'll prove it to you, are you leaving?" he asks, his two front strands of hair rested on his forehead. "I have to leave Rafe, it's not safe for me here." she nods. "I just confessed to you and your leaving?"

"What do you expect me to do, if I don't leave i'll get arrested." Lily says, "I want a future with you, I love my dad but he can't stop what I feel about you." he says walking closer to her. He tries to lean in for a kiss but she dodges it. "We're not even dating Rafe, I can't do this. Hopefully we can talk about this more in the future." she smiles at him while walking away.

"What was that?" Jb asks pulling away from the dock, "Your macking on my brother?" Sarah asks, "No, we just talked okay. Now let's leave." she says looking at Rafe stand there as they speed off.

The night fell and JohnB turned off the boat to not get caught by any police even the SBI that flew into town to look for them. The storm got worser at the second. "We'll be dark and let the tide pull us out." Lily says looking at the flashing cop lights, they all stayed low. After a minute Lily and Sarah noticed the town lights coming on. "Shit, JohnB the lights are turning on," Sarah says panicking.

"The power is back on." JB says looking around then noticing the lighthouse light turn slowly on. "No, no. We're done for." Lily says looking at it to, the light points directly at them. JohnB tries to turn on the boat but it doesn't budge, Lily runs to the end of the boat to check the engine. She looks at the choke and squishes it, "I got it, turn it on!" Lily yells, he turns it over and speeds off. Rain started pouring, boats came from both directs from infront and behind. JohnB turns south and they follow behind the boat. "We're heading into the storm?" Sarah asks, "Yes, we have to." JB says.

They hit a big wave making water splash all over them, static starts going off on the radio. Lily looks at it and hears a voice, "JohnB, I know you are there son. If you love my daughter like I think you love my daughter, you will turn the boat back around. You are going into a storm that you cannot survive, I will make it right," Ward says and Sarah shakes her head, "No, don't listen to him. He's a liar." Sarah yells. Lily hands the radio to him, "Ward Cameron do you hear me?" JB asks "Yeah I hear you son. Come back." Ward says, "You killed my father, and you framed me for a murder I didn't commit. You took everything from me!" JohnB yells

Lily takes the radio out of his hands and puts it up to her mouth, "Ward, one day we will come back and take what's ours. So you listen alright, i'm coming for you." she says dropping the radio from her hands. Rafe hears lily's voice and tries to grab the radio out of his dad's hands, but ward doesn't budge. "No Rafe! Stop! Stop." Ward says starting to stress.

"What would you do if I wasn't here?" Sarah asks looking at the brown haired boy, "Look, Id rather die than go to jail." JohnB replies back, "I rather die than be without you." she smiles and brings him into a kiss. "Well, I just rather die with alcohol." Lily says from the back of the boat, faking a smile.

The boat hits multiple waves splashing water everywhere, they all grab onto something but lose control of the Phantom. The boat flips and everything goes black.

Meanwhile the others were sitting inside the tent waiting for any news, Sheriff Shoupe walks in and looks at the kids, they immediately stand up. "Did you find them?" Pope asks walking up to them, "No." Shoupe says looking down, "So they got away?" Kie says smiling, "We lost them." Shoupe replies back. Thunder and rain pouring continues, Kie drops her smile and Pope is in shock. JJ couldn't help but think about his sister, and his bestfreind.

"So they're dead?" Kie says with tears swelling into her eyes, "You drove them straight through the storm, man!" JJ says getting into his face, he started getting violent so one of the other cops had to hold him down. "I'm gonna kill you, you bastard! My sister was on that boat!" JJ yells trying to get out of the cops arms.

Kie and Popes parents came into the tent and gave their kid an immediate hug, JJ calmed down and looked at them, with no one to comfort him. Heyward opened his arms for the blond boy and gave him a big hug. Pope gave JJ the tightest hug and cried onto his shoulder.
