All four of them got out the car and sat on the small boats around them, Lily watched the water while the others talked. "I think we should go home." Sarah says, that sentence made Lily turn directly at them. "To OBX?" JohnB asks.

"Yes." she responds, "What about Ward?" he says making eye contact with the blond girl. "He's the one who should be running, not us." Lily says pulling her hair back, "He said he would tell the truth if we came back. I can confront him." Sarah says, "But it's not about you confronting him. He's completely untrustworthy." JB claims. "Okay sure, but i'm your alibi. Trust me."

Cleo whistles, "Hello, lovebirds and Lily, we're running from the coppers right now. Can you walk?" she says before looking at the blond girl. Lily nods and stands up, they all get up and stay low. JohnB puts the girls arm around his neck and helps her keep her balance. "I got an uncle who works at this marina. We're safe here. Recognize the boat?" Cleo says while they all walk down the dock. "My dad's boat." Sarah nods. "Seems like a good time to give it back to you." Cleo says as she unties the rope, JohnB hops into the boat and helps the girls.

"Wish I could join you guys. It's a nice dinghy." The black haired girl says helping them get ready to leave. "Wait, your not coming with?" Lily asks, "Are you kidding? I'm better off on my own." Cleo smiles. "Thank you, seriously." JohnB says, "No problem."

"Maybe one day, I get the same thing you two got. Or maybe i'll be like Lily, not caring about anything." she continues giving them a small laugh, the girl runs to get the keys.

Just as they are fixing the seats a bright light flashes at them, "Put your hands up!" the person says behind the light. The police. They do as told, JB looked back at Lily and shook his head.

"Hey, don't shoot, okay?" the boy says, it stays silent for a while until Cleo hits the cop from behind and makes him fall. She throws them the keys then starts fighting the cop. "Go, get out of here!" she yells.

Cleo jumps off the deck and into the water, the other three drive off and try to dodge any bullet coming at them. Many hours later they are still in the boat, Lily sits on the edge glancing at the water with no island around, Sarah try's to sleep, and JohnB just stuck on steering.

"All right, this is the Gulf Stream, it's gonna take us north right home." JB says before walking around and sits infront of Sarah.

Lily was listening to their conversation about getting married, and rings. She looks back to see JB take off this bandana and put it around Sarah's neck. At that moment Lily seen how good they both worked out even though they came through different families. That made her think about Rafe. What she told him one night on the beach. That it never works out.

"Through rich and poor, till death do us part." JohnB smiles before kissing the girl. "I'll never find that kind of love." Lily mumbles to her self before laying down and closing her eyes.

"Lily wake up!" Sarah says shaking the girl, "I'm up, i'm up." Lily says rubbing her eyes, she looks a far to see an island. "Shouldn't we be somewhere less crowded?" she asks , "We're almost out of fuel." JobnB says looking down. They all smile at the fact they're getting closer to home.

Meanwhile the others, "Wonder where Lily, JB, and Sarah are right now." JJ says looking out the window, they all look at each other and think.

Lily stands up on the boat and watches the cars pass through above as they pass under the bridge.

They arrive at sand and get the fuel cans, for gas. "We're going to get gas, find a phone, and get out of here alright?" JohnB says, "With what money?" Lily asks as she limps a bit on the sand, "We'll figure it out." he replies back.

As they walk in the street they see so many people eating around them, "Oh to be this rich." Lily says looking at all the fancy people with their wine. They walk up the steps and the blond girl has an idea, she bumps into the waiter making him spill all the drinks everywhere. "You idiot!" A man yells, the girl wanted to laugh but had to keep it in.

"Oh dear, i'm so sorry." Lily says acting shocked, "Oh my, your shoes!" Sarah says following the girls lead. "This is a one thousand, seven hundred dollar jacket!" the man yells as he takes it off. While the man gets distracted on JohnB, Lily walks behind him and slips the wallet into her back pocket. "You saying you're gonna pay for it?" he says angry, "We don't have any money, we're broke." JohnB says.

"Pathetic." the dark haired man says, "I know right." Lily says hitting JBs chest to signal we need to go. They slowly walk away while the sever handles it, "Did you get it?" JohnB asks and Lily looks at him confused, "What are you talking about?" she asks, "You mean this?" she continues pulling out a wallet with stacks of cash in it.

"We will sugar mama you." Sarah laughs, "I was hoping you would say that." the boy replies back. They walk around awhile until Sarah sees a gas station a far. "Right there." Sarah points making them nod. As they walk up Lily goans at the smell of food. "How many hotdogs do yall want?"JohnB asks putting the cans down on the floor. "As much as they offer." The blond girl says.

"Like fifty." Sarah says as she pulls her hair back, the two girls fill up the tanks each, Sarah looks around and sees the man from earlier. She pulls Lily down and put a finger up to her mouth. JohnB walks out the store talking loud. "Shhh!" Sarah says pointing the direction the man is at.

"He's right there!" Sarah says closing the tanks, "Hey! You!" The man says pointing at them, "Oh shit!" Lily says getting up, she's the first one to run, the others grab the tanks and run behind her while the man screams and chases them. After a while they lose the man, just as they're about to cross the street a truck almost hits them making them sprint across and fall.

JohnB helps Lily off the ground and then makes sure Sarah is okay, "What the fuck!" Lily yells, they look at the truck and come to realization. "Wait is that." Sarah says getting cut off by JohnB. "Heyward?" he says, "I know his truck, that's his truck! I accidentally left a black scratch on the back." Lily says before they run again, once the man finds them and chases them.

They run and see three people run down the ally, "Hey JJ! Pope! Kie!" JohnB yells but they couldn't hear them, they see the man from earlier still running after them. They hop into a bike with seats in the back, "Why can't he just accept the fact he's not getting his money back." Lily asks while she gets in the back with Sarah.

They drive off on the side walk and just as they are about to go full speed, three people run out the ally and in front of them making the bike stop. JJ, Kie, and Pope. They all smile at each other, at that moment it didn't feel real. Until Lily yells for them to get in.

Kie sits next to the girls while JJ and Pope push the bike, JJ hops on and makes the brown haired boy do all the work. "Hurry Pope, you got this!" Kie yells, Pope falls to the ground but hurries and gets up onto the bike. A man chases after them which made them all have adrenaline rush.

The random man that Sarah, Lily, and JohnB were unfamiliar with falls down on the floor and they all cheer. They all laugh and say random things. They eventually make it back to the boat and throw everything in, they push the boat fully into the water then get in. JJ looks at his twin sister and gives her the biggest hug almost making her fall. "I missed you to Jay." she smiles.

They all fill each other will love like they haven't seen each other in years, which that's what it felt like to each of them. They all cheer as they drive off away from the island, making jokes, and just as time passes they make it home. Outer Banks.
