"You said friends! This wasn't part of the deal!!!"

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to. It just happened."
"I'm and idiot."

"It's not that I don't like you, I just can't. I love Noah and I couldn't tell him that because of my mum. Now he's gone. He's dead. I can't like you. I'm sorry."

Nate doesn't say anything. He just holds Jade.
The next day Jade decides she wants to go home the next day. After she goes home she doesn't hear from Nate for a few days.

"I'm sorry camping wasn't the best. I know you loved Noah but maybe your holding onto nothing. Maybe you only thought there was a connection because Noah went through a loss like you." Jade's father said to his daughter.

Jade listens to everything her dad tells her. Maybe her father is right. She knows she loved Noah but maybe it wasn't as strong a love as what she thought. After a week of not seeing Nate she goes to his house one afternoon. Jade knocks on the door and Nate's mum answers.

"Oh, Jade hi. How are you love?"

"hi Kelly. I'm all right. I was wondering if I could speak with Nate? Is he home?"

"yes of course, he's upstairs. His room is the first one on the left."

"thank you! Hi Alisha, how are you?"

"The worst thing about being a twin is that you always get called the wrong name." Replies Ally.

"Oops, sorry Ally."

Jade walks up the stairs and knocks on Nate's door. When she hears him tell her to come in she opens the door and walks in...

"Nate, listen. I'm sorry. My dad made me realize I was holding onto nothing... Can we try that kiss again? Please... How does kiss number two go?"
