Nate's mind is running wild.
How will he tell jade this new found information? He knows its going to be hard but no one will be completely happy with the outcome.

If jade is the one to leave, the child will grow up with no mother. Who know if it'll inherit the cancer. It'll live a very different life and most likely be bullied. Plus, how will Nate care for it and where will they live. What job will Nate have to get and will he have to drop out of high school and never get to go to college.

If the child is to leave, jade will never forgive herself she will have to finish school with all his that happened. Who knows about what would happen with her and Nate's relationship. Will she ever even want children again in the future, she may feel that it would seen as a replacement for this one.

Countless things could happen and numerous reactions could occur. The first step is brake it to jade and see how she will react.

As Nate and Tom head to Jade's hospital room they find that she had been seated and looking out of a window.

Looking out, they find that she's looking at beautiful scene. Below her lies a marvelous garden made with walkways and benches played around for one to sit and look around or have conversations with one another. Past that is the scenery past the hospital grounds. It shows that there is a massive tree nursery and the sun setting to left of it all. Overall it was a beautiful and calming view.

"jade may we speak to you?" questioned her father.

"of course. Come, join me. This view is breath taking."

"jade we spoke to the doctor and he told us some very important news. He felt that it would be best if we were to tell you." Nate spoke out.

"what's wrong? I'm worried now..."

"jade, I dont know how to tell you this so I'll just get straight to the point, you're pregnant."

"w-what?"

"when the doctors checked on you see what was wrong, the-they found out you were pregnant." Nate says in a soft whisper as he stares at the floor anxiously awaiting her reaction.

"you do know what this means, right jade?" Tom questions his daughter.

"no dad, what is it? Whats wrong?!"

"you can't have the chemo treatment while pregnant, y-you have to..." Tom begins.

"you have to choose between your life, or the baby's." Nate interrupts, finishing what had to be done.
The only thing left to wonder is. How will she react and, what will she decide.
