Move in With Me

Blake's P.O.V

I am so glad to have the day off, I feel like everyone needed it especially after the Chelsea game and the rigorous training we have been put through lately. Me and Katie were up to different things today, Jordon one of Katie's old friends who moved from Arsenal to Villa a while ago was back in town for the week and suggested that they meet up for the day to do something, which I was completely fine with. I took the time to think and write something I haven't done in a while to be honest, I forgot how therapeutic it was. The creativity of it all is what i've always loved, creating your own characters, plots, scenarios etc. the ability to just escape real life for a while and create one for yourself while deciding the path of your own characters. I don't know how long Katie has been away for at this point i have just been writing away almost like my deep dark personal diary. A few more hours pass by before i am taken out my zone by the front door closing, "I'm back." I heard Katie shout, I reply with an ok before carrying on with what i was writing. At this point I am in the middle of my story creating the two characters that have fell in love through their love for travel and it's really flowing at this point like there is no stopping me at all. 

Katie comes upstairs and I hadn't realised and when she appeared behind me wrapping her arms around me it caused me to jump slightly, "Sorry, Didn't mean to scare you" she says holding back her laugh. 'Its alright i must have just been in the zone, what's up' Knowing that she is wanting something or she is bored and wants to do something. "I Haven't seen you all day, i just miss you. Also have you eaten at all today there are no dishes?" Just as she finishes talking my stomach makes this large deep growl reminding me that i in fact haven't had anything to eat, i must have forgotten and was to busy or invested shall we say to make anything. 'No I haven't apparently, i forgot to be honest and was enjoying writing' I say causing us both to burst out laughing. Katie leaves to make some dinner for me while i keep writing for a little while longer waiting until it is ready.

Katie shouts up that food is ready so i save what i was doing onto my laptop and make my way downstairs to get my food because now my attention has been brought to it i am starving. I sit on the couch with Katie and we watch something while i eat, Katie didn't want anything as she had something to eat while she was out with Jordan. I finish soon quite quickly due to how hungry i actually was and so we sit and chat for a while, Katie telling me what she got up to today and how i haven't moved from upstairs all day. All in all we both had good days despite not being with each other but i do think in order for us to remain happy together we need to be able to have that time apart and be with other people or just spend some time alone to recharge. 

I got to thinking today about how i basically live with Katie but we have never really discussed the idea of me moving in properly, it has more been the case that every few weeks or so i go back to Alessia's house to pick up some more clothes or items that i didn't bring the last time, so technically speaking i haven't really moved in more just taking shelter in her house. I have been thinking about bringing it up for a while but didn't know how to include into one of our many conversations. I think bringing it up tomorrow after training maybe a good idea but for now i'll just leave it unless Katie brings it up first that is. I think it would make no difference overall if i were to officially moved in or not considering i spend everyday here anyway. 

Moving on from overthinking the whole moving in idea, we both stayed on the couch and watched some episodes from our favourite TV shows and trust me there is a variety. We went from Station 19 to 911 to The Rookie to Shameless, which i know is quite the variety. By the time we finish watching everything its closer to midnight and knowing that we need to be up bright and early for training tomorrow we made the executive decision to go to bed. So we head upstairs and get ready for bed snuggling up into one another, Just i start drift off to sleep my phone pings like 5 times in a row, who the fuck is trying to talk to me at midnight on a Monday. I pick up my phone to see who could possibly my attention so late at night.
