"What the hell did you do?"

Layla looked at Caroline and smiled. "Come on, I'm sure your cold." She grabbed their hands and dragged them upstairs, into her room. Or well Kols old room.

Stefan couldn't take his eyes off of Layla's stomach. He kept thinking why she didn't tell him. Why she felt like she couldn't tell him. Was he going to be in the babies life? So many thoughts were running through his head.

"So uh, you guys came at a really bad time by the way. A lot is going on."

"I can see that, are those vampires always so guarded?" Caroline asks as she looks around Layla's room.

Layla nods. "Yeah." The only thing on her mind was what Stefan was thinking. "Stefan?" Layla whispered so quietly that if you didn't have super hearing you wouldn't have heard her.

Stefan looks up tears in his eyes. Making Layla feel worse than she already was. "Am I...we're you ever going to tell me?"

Layla nodded as soon as the words left his mouth. "Of course i was, how could i not? It's just, ever since i found out so much has been going on and I didn't want to drag you into my problems."

"Who?"

"Klaus." Layla looked down, not wanting to see the look on Stefan's face.

"Do you....love him?" Stefan looked at his best friend, his daughter, his person and sighed. He knew he would never take her away from Klaus, it would hurt his heart to much.

"I....no, not yet anyway." Layla admitted, Caroline and Stefan looking at her. "Klaus and I, we're complicated. This was never supposed to happen but it did. And honestly Stef, I'm really happy about it."

Stefan nodded, he understood where she was coming from. Layla was young, she needed time and he knew that.

Stefan sat down next to Layla and hugged her. "Will you name it after me?" Stefan joked causing Layla to laugh.

"It's a girl." Layla smiled at Stefan, she could already see him watching her baby girl when ever he could.

"Stefanie. It's perfect." Caroline laughed at the pair. Already seeing a future with Layla. Caroline wanted to get to know the girl.

"Maybe, I haven't picked a name yet."

"I can help, if you want me too." Caroline said Layla smiling and nodding at her.

"I'm sure you have better idea's than I do." Layla smiled at Caroline, Stefan smiling as well. He knew they would be good friends.

Suddenly Elijah came walking in. Stefan moving in front of Layla to protect her.

"Stefan. Caroline. Layla what are they doing here?" Elijah looks at the blonde.

"They're friends Elijah, they were worried. Besides it's not like i knew they were coming." Layla stands up moving in front of Stefan much to his dismay. "Figure out whats wrong with Davina?"

"Who's Davina?" Caroline asks, being ignored.

"Yes, I believe so. Come, we have stuff to do." Elijah looks between the 3 other people in the room.

Just then Klaus walks in. "Oh goody, part of the Scooby gang."

"Can we all play nice, please?" Layla begs everyone. "Klaus, Elijah. Stefan is my dad and no matter what he'll always be around. And Care is a new friend so she isnt going anywhere." Klaus groans. "Stefan, Caroline. Both of them are family, so they aren't going anywhere." Stefan groans now. "Promise me you will play nice."

"I promise." They all say at the same time.

"Come on Love, we have stuff to do." Klaus says as he smiles at Layla.

"Like what?"

"Well, you are now the official owner of the plantation property." Klaus smirks as Caroline's jaw drops.

"You bought me a house?" Layla asks excitedly. She loved the plantation. It had a pool.

"Yep, i bought you a house. Now, we can stop Davina from ruining the world as we know it." Klaus drags Layla along, Elijah motions for Stefan and Caroline to join them.

"So wait, you bought me a house to stop Davina." Layla looks at Klaus a pout on her face.

"Coat." Klaus moves behind her to help her put on her rain coat. Stefan, Caroline, and Elijah smiling at them. "Yes, i did, well it was Elijah's idea. But now we can stop Davina and you get a nice home."

"Yeah well-"

"Boots."

"What if i don't remember to invite you inside?"

"I'll make sure you do."

"What if i-"

"Purse."

"Forget to let Elijah and Stefan and Caroline and Rebekah and all the other vampires in?"

Stefan shakes his head at the blonde. So forgetful.

"Well when they want to come over and they can't go inside you will invite them in." Klaus smiles at her as Elijah and the other two follow them to the door. "Umbrella."

Klaus hands Layla the umbrella as Leah, a vampire runs over a book in hand. "Layla, this is what you wanted?"

"Oh! Thank you! I was looking for this." Layla hands it to Stefan. It was supposed to be his Christmas present but since he was here, she guessed he could have it now.

"Thank you?" Stefan looks at the book before knowing what it was. It was a picture book of every picture they took while touring the world. He smiled at it.

"Alright love, Stefan, Caroline, Elijah. Lets go, Rebekah must be waiting."
