LYNN HAD A LOVE-HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH SLEEPING EARLY. She loved sleeping and resting, but hated the fact that she had to stop doing things to do so. Almost like a waste of time... a really crucial waste of time.

The 'no one's up past midnight' rule was still going strong in the household, however rules were made to be broken.

Like this exact day.

Lynn was peacefully sleeping when her phone started buzzing. She didn't pay much attention to it thinking it would stop after one or two rings, but the notifications weren't stopping and it was starting to get annoying. The brunette groaned as she grabbed the device, the brightness blinding her as she unlocked it, forgetting how bad the light was for her eyes.

All the texts belonged to the same person.

Kitty cat ❤️: THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING

Lynn immediately called back, worried about whatever could've happened to Jules at 2AM. The phone rang one time, and she heard her girlfriend sniffling in a room with echo.

"I made a mistake," Jules said, her voice breaking. Lynn sat up, alerted.

"Jules, what's wrong? You're scaring me."

More sniffles could be heard through the microphone, Jules was sobbing. Lynn licked her lips, waiting attentively for a response, thinking about what to do.

"I'm fine, it's just... You know how my roots grew and I had to retouch them? Well, I couldn't get an appointment with my hairdresser , so I thought: 'that's fine, I'll do it myself'," there was a pause in which Jules blew her nose. "The bleach was fine, but then I put the dye and waited, and I just removed it and I realized I bought the wrong shade."
