Gamera is Heroic, Kind, Benevolent, and neutral. Gamera is heroic because he saved the child and the people Gyaos was trying to kill by protecting them with his hand, actively putting others before himself. Another example would be him saving Ayana and not holding any grudges for siding with Iris. Out of all the kaiju, Gamera is the most understanding. He understands the humans are afraid of him and don't trust him, heck he would be too if the roles were reversed, that's possibly why he allowed Ayako Fujitani to have a physic connection with him, so she can let other humans know he means no harm. Gamera is a neutral or tries to be, his main focus is trying to protect all living things on the planet, if it means killing one thing so everything else on the planet will live, he'll do it. For the most part, he's quite nice and calm when you get to talk to him, he isn't stocial or a grump. He doesn't back down either the whole flock of Hyper Gyaos coming at him would be an example, he could've fled he was weakened after all, but he chose to fight, vowing if he didn't win he'd take out as many of them as he can. Gyaos are well, kinda like wild animals, they do have a reason for doing the things they do, such as eating each other because there was no food. Another example would be them eating humans because they see them as prey. They are kinda smart, an example of this would be the final Gyaos Gamera fought against since it was able to outmaneuver missiles and cause more explosions in the area where Gamera crashed in. They are smarter than their Rebirth variant but dumber than their Showa self. Hyper Gyaos are the same as their regular counterpart except stronger.
Legion

Legion Is different, unlike the other kaiju that were created by the Atlantans, she is an alien from another planet. Legion's personality isn't that bad, but her actions don't exactly show this. The main reason why she and her swarm came to Earth was so she could take over the planet and create more of her species. The Manda on the planet would be the perfect source to create more of her legion soldiers. But doing so would damage the oxygen and kill the humans, so she thinks it's fine. She's the kind of Kaiju that thinks the ends justify the means, kinda thing. In her mind what she's doing is right, plus the humans have done nothing but destroy their planet, at least she and her soldiers will take care of it.
Iris

Iris is a demon, he's evil incarnate. Iris is Manipulative, Evil, Sinister, and vengeful. Iris is manipulative because of what he did with Ayana, trying to use her hatred of Gamera as a tool, making himself look weak and innocent giving off a cute roar, granted, he was since he had just hatched from the egg and was completely at her mercy. He's evil because, well, he absorbed a bunch of people because of the power, he needed to become stronger so he could kill Gamera, the one who killed his parents. Everything around him that he can use is a means to an end, kinda like young Kratos he will use or kill anyone that gets in his way. If they have no value they'll be killed or absorbed.
