ZIVA RETURNS - NCIS

Chapter 2

Tony's POV

I looked at the little girl standing behind Ziva. When she said "she's 2 almost 3" I kinda worked a few things out in my head like how she looks exactly like Ziva except for the eyes which were the same colour as mine "ummm Ziva can I talk to you for a sec" I asked quietly so the others wouldn't hear "sure" Ziva replied as we walked over to the windows away from the team

"So what's up" Ziva asked casually as if nothing was going on "seriously Ziva, you just turned up here with a child" I said hoping she would understand where I was going. "Yer I'm Ziva I know that" she replied still very casually "Ziva is there anything you want to tell me" I asked starting to get a little bit annoyed because Ziva would tell me what I already knew anyway "Tony what exactly do you want me to say" Ziva said raising her voice a bit to match mine "you just turned up here with a child and you won't tell the entire truth" "so what Tony you just want me to go randomly blurt out that Caitlin is yours, you know what Gibbs will say about that" I sighed knowing she was right but I wasn't exactly wrong either

We walked back over to the team who seemed very interested in Caitlin as she was playing with a couple of toys while sitting at my desk. I felt a hand hit the back of my head and I could see Ziva had as well by the look on her face "what was that for boss" "breaking rule 12" me and Ziva both looked at each other bit didn't say anything "and if you do it again then you'll be getting more than a head slap DiNozzo"
