Theo's eyes never left the very big man who sat on the bottom bunk smiling at him with yellowed teeth in the small bland cell that the cops had so ungraciously deposited him into. The cops hadn't even searched him so he still had his cell phone. Maybe he should call 911 about the big man because he was starting to feel threatened, he laughed mentally in his head.

He stood against the stained concrete wall. They hadn't questioned him or anything. He didn't remember being read that thing they say on SVU. So was he under arrest or not? Oh dear God was he going to jail for life? For a crime - a murder - he hadn't committed?

At the office the uniformed cops kept asking his purpose there. He tried to explain but he ended up slipping again on the floor. How could he possibly explain his purpose there in the dead woman's office when he had her blood on him and his fingerprints on the weapon? Yeah he was going to jail. He wasn't going to be Reed's husband anymore. He was going to be a prison wife like on Oz. Unless Grace broke him out of prison with her gun. But then they'd just end up on the run like a twin Thelma and Louise. Ok. He was starting to lose it. When were they letting him out of here? Where was Reed ? What was going on? And more importantly.....

How was he going to clear his name before he ended up serving time for something he didn't do?

Then he saw Reed standing outside the cell looking worried with a cop next to him. The bored looking cop opened the cell door. " Get out, Walton - Fisher. The sarge says we can't detain you any longer for trespassing because the place was technically open. "

He didn't need to tell Theo twice. He ran to Reed fast.

" Bye , sweet cheeks," the creepy man said. Then he whistled at him.

" But homicide is going to test that knife. That you touched. You better hope there's other viable fingerprints on it or you're toast. Because nobody buys your fake I just fell story. Homicide will be in touch. Don't leave the city. "
