We are connected deeply at a molecular level,
To win your love again I'd fight the devil,
Please try to think of me as the school boy you admired,
Give us another chance before we're both too tired,
Even if it's just for one meaningful night of ecstasy,
At least I won't die without one more night with you next to me,
I could use that one night of passion for the rest of my days,
As a soothing salve to quell my time without your blue eyed gaze,
It's been so long since we were a couple,
Far more years then we spent together in a cuddle,
Not one day has passed where I didn't think of you,
When you left me you kept half my heart that split in two,
I don't know why you kept it but I could really use it back,
Any time would suit me for you to glue it where it cracked,
Please don't linger though, as late I've had trouble hanging on,
I fear the worst is happening to me and I might not have too long.
