Melanie and Stiles Stilinski got married shortly after the war with Monroe was over.
Things have calmed down after Monroe nothing major had happened after that, so they had been enjoying spending time as a family occasion visiting Scott and Malia along with Peter and Derek.
Melanie and Stiles both had a twin set of baby girls. Hailey Malia Stilinski and Carmen Lydia Stilinski.
The two loved their kids more than anything. So much that they moved out of Beacon Hills.
Melanie was still very protective of Malia and Malia often visited them with Scott. She was the cool aunt.
Melanie never believed she would find love or that she deserved love, but she did and she never regretted it.
