Melanie was in her room sitting on her bed staring at the wall when Peter came in. "Hey baby girl" Peter said. "Why didn't you tell me dad" Melanie asked and Peter sighed.
"Mel" Peter said and sat next to her. "Dad please" Melanie said. "Guess I didn't know how and the fact I didn't know until Lydia told me with Talia's claws" Peter said.
Melanie nodded not sure if what to say as Peter noticed. "I should've told you and I'm sorry" Peter said.
"This, changes everything dad I have a sister one I never knew I had" Melanie does and sighed. "Do we share the same mom too" Melanie asked.
"No just me her mom is a long story she and I happened maybe a year or so after your mom died" Peter said and Melanie nodded.
"I think I'm going to get some air I'll be back soon" Melanie said as she got up. "Where are you going" Peter asked. "There's someone I need to see" Melanie said and left.

Melanie knocked on Malia's door and waited for her to answer. Malia answered and was confused to see Melanie.
"What are you doing here" Malia asked. "Your dad let me in I was hoping we could talk I won't stay for long" Melanie said.
"Sure" Malia said, and Melanie walked in as Malia closed the door behind her.
"First of all, I didn't know about you if I did, I would've said something I don't really care much for secrets and Scott and Stiles should've told you or even Lydia and Kira you deserve to know who your family is" Melanie said.
"Do you know who my mother is" Malia asked. "Unfortunately, no you and I share the same dad but not the same mom and mine died when I was still a baby so and the only things I really know about her is stories" Melanie said.
"And if I had to guess she was a witch or a werewitch it would explain how I am one" she added, and Melanie smiled slightly.
"You know as upset as I am about this whole thing I guess if I had to choose the best thing about the whole thing would be finding out about you being my sister" Malia said causing Melanie to smile.
"Same to you and hey it's kinda nice having a sister never really had anyone growing up always wanted one" Melanie said and Malia smiled before going to her.
"Well as your baby sister my first and only promise is that I will always be there for you no matter what and I know about you and Stiles, he told me that you encouraged us but if it's too weird for you I'll break up with him you come first okay" Malia said.
"No don't break up with him he's a good guy and he deserves to be happy, and you make him happy besides I'm the one who broke up with him so do me a favor and be with him be happy it's okay" Melanie said.
"You promise" Malia asked. "Of course, after all I am the older sister" Melanie said causing Malia to laugh before they both hugged each other.

Melanie walked back into the apartment closing the door behind her where she saw Peter waiting for her.
"Where'd you go" Peter asked. "I went to see Malia" Melanie said.
"And how'd it, go" Peter asked. "Actually, pretty good" Melanie said smiling before heading to her room.
