Dark spirits and goodbyes

"No, no, no, no, no don't let them in, don't let them in, no don't, don't let them in" Stiles said on his sleep as he was having a nightmare.
He dreamed he was in a locker and kept banging on it until he was out of the locker. After looking at himself in the mirror he left the room as he was in the school hallway.
He looked ahead before going to an empty classroom. Only to see the nemeton inside the classroom. He then went to touch it when it grabbed him causing him to wake up.
"You okay" Melanie asked from beside him and sat up. "Stiles" she said.
"Yeah, I was just dreaming it was weird it was like a dream within a dream" Stiles said. "A nightmare" Melanie asked.
"Yeah" Stiles said as he held Melanie's hand and then he looked at her realizing something. "Wait a second Mel what are you doing here" Stiles asked then a door creaked open as he looked.
"Hang on" Stiles said. "Stiles where are you going" Melanie asked him. "I'm just gonna close the door" Stiles said.
"Just go back to sleep" Melanie said. "No, no I should close it" Stiles said.
"Don't worry about it" Melanie said. "What if someone comes in" Stiles asked as he stood up.
"Like, who" Melanie asked. "Just go back to sleep Stiles" Melanie said. "No what if they get in" Stiles said in a whisper. "What if who gets in" Melanie asked.
"Stiles just leave it please" Melanie said as Stiles approached the door.
"Stiles, Stiles come back to bed Stiles please" Melanie said and Stiles opened the door.
"Don't Stiles don't, don't go in there please don't please don't Stiles don't" Melanie said as Stiles walked in the room seeing he was in the woods, and he saw the Nemeton.
"It's a dream this is just a dream it's just a dream get it out of your head Stiles you're dreaming alright so wake up Stiles, wake up Stiles wake up" Stiles told himself.
Then suddenly he heard bird chirping as he woke up and Noah walked in.
"Hey time to get up kiddo get your butt to school" Noah said and left as Stiles sat up.

"And you couldn't wake up" Scott asked Stiles. "Nope and it was beyond terrifying" Stiles told him.
"You ever hear of sleep paralysis" Stiles asked him. "Uh no do I want to" Scott asked.
"Have you ever had a dream where you feel like you're about to wake up, but you can't move or talk" Stiles asked. "Yeah, yeah I've had it" Scott said.
"It happens because during the REM sleep your body is basically paralyzed it's called muscle atonia that way if you start dreaming about running you don't actually start running in your bed" Stiles said. "That makes sense" Scott said.
